Luther and team installed a 4 ton heat pump and furnace (AC + Heat system) to replace an oversized 5 ton system and shift us from gas to electric (we have solar). We never even feel the system running. I'll go outside and it's extremely hot or cold, but always the same inside. No fans blowing, no roar of the furnace blasting. Everything is silent. We never thought we'd care that much about HVAC, but what they installed was a masterpiece. We appreciate it every day.

The removal of prior equipment and then installation based on the layout of the crawl space where the AC lines and existing ducting were routed was challenging and took the team an unexpected extra day of work. They also dealt very professionally with a challenging neighbor who expressed concerned about the work. Luther was encouraging me to go with a lower cost system, but I forced the upgrade to get a quieter system due to the very sensitive neighbor. When do you ever have a vendor trying very actively to get you to spend less? How awesome is that?

They added a couple floor registers where we had existing wall registers. Luther was pretty insistent about that, the cost was marginally more, and he was right. It leveled out the heating in one big room.

All in all the experience was phenomenal. I interviewed ~6 HVAC installers and Izmirian was hands down the most professional and most customer oriented. No upsell. No pressure tactics like giving you a discount if you sign within 24 hours. Quotes were a little higher than other places, but I believe we got what we paid for. HVAC is one of the most costly and most important systems in the house. You want to get it right. Call Luther and his team!

At 84 years old, my age, I need the heat in the house. My heater went off. The technician Frank, a very knowledgeable one, ordered one part. Both Denise and Frank made sure the heater was fixed asap with Frank working on this Saturday(normally day-off for him) voluntarily!!!!! Fixed!!! What a lifesaver!!!

It is so rare to find a company that is moral, ethical, upfront, transparent and so personable. Ryan came out to give us an estimate and evaluate our roof. He was on time and so honest that I was really in disbelief. He told us our roof was in great condition and had many many more years of life to it. This was such a breath of fresh air. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call Ryan for any roofing needs in my future and for any other properties I have. I highly recommend this company.

It took more than 4 weeks to get the roof almost done. Last time, it only took 2 days for 1 company to finish the job. The longer they drag, the more my family suffer the smell from tar... They left incompleted job (roof still leaking, broken gutters, fireplace areas not sealed...), i called but no one relayed the message. I got a bill with a fine due to late payment.... this time, i called and emailed (so i can have record), Ryan called back but i had to reschedule because of conflicted time. No one folllow up. A month later, i got another bill with a late payment fee again. It's obvious that billing department does not communicate with Estimate guy and no one told the contractor guys to correct all my roof problems... I'm still waiting for them to finish the work (that means my house will be stinky again). Wonder how long .....NOT RECOMMENED. I would give zero star if system let me do it

Reference their most recent total roof replacement with all the recent rain
delays, our tenants as us,were most impressed with the service rendered to justify another 5 Star rating.

I called them for a free estimate for a new roof.
I mentioned there were leaks in several rooms on the phone but that the project was not fixable, and I was in the process of getting quotes from other people for a new roof. They sent some people and later sent a $266.77 bill, including service charges for the first visit!
They sent the wrong people in.
They then sent other people for a new roof estimate and proceeded to charge for the first visit by excusing it as, 'having to pay a couple guys to come out there.' No other company would behave like this. Beware. Scam.
How do I know it's a scam? Each time (~5) I called to resolve this they told me we will call you back. I called them.
Just try to talk to Karen Cames (Office Mgr) and see if she lets you get one word in while she narrates a fictional story of events totally recited and that she could have little understanding. Then she just hangs up on you.
Sorry, not how you do business. Buyer Beware!!!

Izmirian came out to clean our gutters to solve an overflow/leaking problem. They were unsuccessful, but billed us a significant amount. They did not send us a bill for three months. When we called to question the amount, they did not return our call for another three months. This lack of professionalism is disturbing, and although we have used them in the past, we will no longer do so.
