THANK YOU to the Izmirian team for replacing our badly installed and poorly operating heating and ac system with a brand new, state of the art one which works so beautifully and quietly; it has changed our lives!!!!

This system is like night and day compared to our old dinosaur, loud, crotchety, and ineffective system.  Things we love: Zoning that works!!!  It was QUIET! (Ahhhhh - ALAS!).  Like taking off tight shoes! This is a major difference for us and affects us positively every day! And it cools beautifully.

The operation of the system is sleekly and effectively designed as well.  Outside, the condenser looks like something from this century instead of last.  It is a sleek and quiet and effective machine!  

The whole project took a great deal of intelligence, planning, hard work, knowledge of a multitude of trades, and thorough caring to be implemented as it was so beautifully.  I really appreciated the thorough, caring, highest workmanship and follow-through the team led by Nick exhibited at every turn.  Everything we discussed, even briefly and after the initial planning meeting, was done and done very well.  New registers - even the replacements in the family room, vacuumed returns, clean workspaces at the end of the day, solid independent work were just some of the things I observed and appreciated.  The team also took great care to make sure our little dog didn't get out of the house or fall into the basement! Also, I have never had anyone go up into the attic or down to the basement who remembered to turn out the light when they came back down/up.  Thank you!

I know there are COUNTLESS things I am not aware of that went into the design and installation - which is one of the things that also makes it such a great job.  I felt trust that it was all done well because of the high standards the team displayed at all times.    

So thank you Richard for getting this planned and allowing me to have such a dream team to install the plan.

Izmirian Roofing came out to my condo to fix a leak in my roof. Sergio and Rafael were right on time, courteous and fixed the leak quickly. They thoroughly explained where the leak was coming from and what they did to fix it. After two more rains, no more flooding inside my kitchen.

I called Izmirian on my broken A/C after Grant Mechanical failed to solve my problem. Izmirian is recommended by Consumer Choices, and they have a long track record of quality service. Izmirian found two issues, fixed them both, and helped us leverage our warranty for the parts. In addition, the service man did an awesome job of explaining what was going on, how he discovered the problem, and why the repair was the right thing to do. Fast and efficient and professional and courteous. And they got the job done. Thanks, Izmirian!

I can't believe after the rain storm, they came out the same day of my call. This made my tenants very happy. The only thing I suggest is that they bill us quicker, its been a few weeks and I don't have the bill yet, but I'm not one to complain about having to pay later!

I put off for so long a new roof at my home and some rental property I own. Had Izmirian do both Roofs and could not have went any smoother. My home was a shingled fully hip roof with all new gutters and added skylights. The price was cheaper then all other estimates and they are a Union company. The installers that came out did a great job on both roofs along with the sheet metal working that did my gutters. The roof on the rental property is a flat tar and gravel, which I was explained my options, we went with a Cool Roof and replaced the skylights and gutter, and Dry Rot which was in the estimate so we had no surprises and a worse case scenario. Moises Cisneros is the Forman and estimator that I dealt with for both projects, he made sure permits were pulled and scheduled the inspections from the city. Izmirian is Great Company and employer from talking to the installers. We need more companies like Izmirian to make owning a home and taking care of it not any more painful then it is has to be with this type of purchase. They have been in business for a long time serving the Peninsula, there are to many Roofing companies that are fly by night and Izmirian Roofing, Heating and Sheet Metal is not one of them. Keep up the great work and Thanks for the Jobs well done.

Izmirian's work is meticulous and their attention to detail is the best! We had a very difficult and intricate heater installation and Izmirian really came through. I found the installers to have great client communication skills, and careful attention to keeping dust/disruption to a minimum. I recommend them most enthusiastically!

Recently, I had a Lennox furnace installed to replace a very old furnace by Izmirian. The workers were obviously rushed to finish the job with frequent calls from the office. It took two days to complete the work, cleanup was incomplete due to the rushing,so I had extensive cleaning to do, they had to return after the inspection due to input, and I was told the furnace was not adjusted for maximum efficiency but they didn't have time to set it. They didn't even have time to show me how to use the new thermostat. I am not a satisfied customer is I cannot recommend this company with this poor quality of service.

After suffering for years with an old antique furnace, we decided to have Izmirian Roofing and Sheet Metal install a new 92% energy efficient furnace. They met with us, reviewed the scope of work, made proper suggestions and provided us with a competitive proposal for the work.
The installation couldn't have been better, very knowledgeable tradesmen who show up when they said and cleaned up before they left..
I cannot tell you why I waited so long to have this done, what a difference in performance... I strongly recommend speaking with either Luther or Richard ( 3rd generation owners) to review any heating, cooling or roofing needs you may have. (They also repaired our roof last winter after a terrible rain storm.)

They are the best on the Peninsula!

I hope that the owner of this business knows his receptionist is rude and extremely UNHELPFUL.
We HAD been customers since 1978 but I'm ready to go elsewhere as they do not keep service time appointments and don't seem to care whether you are a long-term valued customer!!!

JOE - their terrific service guy has come through though!
