Joe Courtney was raised in the world of residential construction, spending countless hours on his father's carpentry team. In 1993, Joe and his father established Courtney Construction LLC. Shortly after, Joe married Eva, who also has roots in the industry, with her father being a drywall installer and finisher.

Due to economic fluctuations from 2008 to 2010, Courtney Construction had to pivot and fully embrace home improvement projects.

Joe and Eva founded ItusPro in 2013, finding a new enthusiasm for helping clients elevate their quality of life with Long Life / Low Maintenance Home Improvement Projects. If you’ve called ItusPro, you may have had a conversation with Eva, often referred to as Red by her friends and many of our clients. Joe and Red are committed and enthusiastic business owners who also enjoy life to the fullest.

Both are avid skydivers. Joe has spent many weekends in the skydiving field and holds several instructor ratings. Red is well-known in Baton Rouge as a competitive bowler, participating in tournaments throughout the southern region.
