Joe Courtney spent his childhood in the residential construction field, often working alongside his father's carpentry team. Joe and his father founded Courtney Construction LLC in 1993. Shortly after, Joe married Eva, who also has roots in the industry, with her father being a drywall installer and finisher.

After economic changes between 2008 and 2010, Courtney Construction had to adapt and ultimately shifted focus to home enhancements.

In 2013, Joe and Eva launched ItusPro, discovering a renewed passion for enhancing their clients' living standards through Long Life / Low Maintenance Home Improvement Projects. If you’ve called ItusPro, you may have had a conversation with Eva, often referred to as Red by her friends and many of our clients. Joe and Red are devoted and spirited business owners who engage fully in life.

They are both enthusiastic skydivers. Joe has worked in the skydiving industry on weekends for many years and possesses multiple instructor certifications. Red is a familiar face in Baton Rouge's bowling community, competing in tournaments all over the southern states.
