Thanks for the copy-paste response I've seen on multiple other reviews. It's been 6 weeks since I posted my initial review, which wasn't anything new to your company. If it was, that shows how disconnected you are from your company. Before writing that first review, I contacted your company multiple times, so if you truly want to make things better you should be contacting me, not the other way around. You know my cell phone number, my secretaries number, my business phone, my email, and my address. If you really want to ""resolve this for you"" I'll be waiting for your call.

They are also Owners of Metal Masters right in front which is an absolute ripoff and scam. They get installers to push their overpriced metal. I literally paid almost $2500 more than value metal and their installer ended up selling out! Absolute JOKE!

I do not post negative reviews but this company has me so enraged that I must warn my fellow South Floridians. This company is taking advantage of Hurricane Irma victims and price gauging their customers. I like many others had roof tile damage and called Istueta thinking they would treat me fairly. To my surprise, the written quote came back twice as expensive as the one they verbally provided after inspecting my roof. To make matters worse, they charged my $250 just to get an outrageous quote. A few emails and phone calls later and they refuse to do whats right. You should be ashamed of yourselves and you can continue to justify this behavior however you like. Its just plain wrong what you are doing to victims of this storm. You have been warned people.

These guys suck. Wouldn't even give me a proposal when asked. Wanted to come over for a presentation before showing proposal. Did not have time due to a family illness for presentation and still would not give me a quote. These guys have no heart. It was stated to me that they do everything in person and do not work with email and they have been in business for 30 years. Well get with the times, the world is changing. Classic sales technique, coming from me a medical salesman. Sounds kind of shady to me. Beware of these guys. They are a joke.

I used them once before and thought they would want repeat business. I called and they sent a guy named Joe out. He didn't send any estimate or follow up. I tried again, and they sent Joe again as there were additional leaks I wanted addressed. So far, two weeks and no estimate or communication. I spoke to Ariel in the office who stated he would take care of it that day. It's been a week and still neither he nor Joe has called back. Very disappointing.
