This Company is an absolute Mess! My Roof after almost 3 years was finally put on the First week of February in Belle Lago, Estero, Fl. My Lanei Screen was damaged in several places. Island Roofing sent out 3 Guys the 1st time and 3 Guys the Second time finally in April to Replace it WITH THE WRONG SIZE SCREENS. The Guys were at the House for 5 and a half hours only to say: WE HAVE THE WRONG SIZE. We'll be back on Friday (weekend before Mothers Day! They Showed up AND STAYED YET ANOTHER 5 hours with two Men this time and STILL THE WRONG SIZE ""We have to call the Office, they ordered the wrong size AGAIN!, Two weeks later, NO WORD, called only to be told WE'RE ORDERING IT, IT WILL BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS! It feels like they are just incompetent. When calling them a month ago they said ""the Guy that put your Order in IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY"" So what! where is the order? DON'T USE THEM, TELL YOUR INSURANCE! DON'T USE THEM.

We had Island Roofing install a new roof post-Irma, and cannot say enough great things about Fadi, our representative. He made sure that every step of the way went smoothly. His communication was outstanding. He continually kept us updated throughout the whole process. The roof looks great, and we could not be happier!

Great bunch of guys and girls. After talking with the sales staff about a new roof and understanding what I'm saving by having my roof redone now was really reassuring. Learning that the insurance is going to cover everything is great, cant wait to get mine done here soon!

Great company!
Their company production is amazing, they take extreme care of the job sites and their clients.
In the construction industry, the clean up at job sites is paramount and these guy's take that very seriously.
Between the crews on the jobs and the professionalism that we have seen with the office staff, these guy's really know what they are doing.
I'd recommend them again & again!

They do not care about the customer, only about getting their money. They delay all the time. Their contract locks you in and no way out and they don't care about how it ruins your life
