The owner Cyle Wiise is a great guy. He and his team are true professionals. Got started around 7 Friday morning and they were done by end of day. We had a new metal roof installed on our mobile home. He was easy to work. If you have questions before or during the install he was always available to answer your questions or concerns. I just bought a beach home in Orange Beach and the seller agreed to fix some roof issues. Cyle's team was great. Quick and efficient. My father was there and they discussed some minor additional damage they saw. Cyle was quick to come back out (since team was occupied on a previously scheduled job) and repair the new item. Very communicative and prompt.

I had a signed contract with this company to repair my roof 2 weeks prior to Sally but when it was scheduled, he did not show up. He called to say his truck was in the shop but rescheduled us for the next Tuesday. That was the day before Hurricane Sally. No word but since it was raining, I overlooked it. However, once daylight came about after the storm, I texted him to ask when he would get to our roof as we needed a complete roof a that time. He replied everyone was hit hard. Since we had the prearranged repairs under contract, I thought he would put us at the top of the list. Nope. A few weeks later, still waiting to get an estimate or even an acknowledgement from Cyle. I do not recommend this company, especially if you are in need of a roof. I really hate giving a poor review on someone I thought was a sincere and trustworthy business owner.
