I was unable to amend my previous, stellar review of this company, so I'm ""adding and revising"" it now. About six year's ago, Isaac's roofing put a new roof on my home for nearly $65,000.00, which came with a ""TEN YEAR WARRANTY"". I boasted about this company in a review immediately following that installation. Unfortunately, just a few MONTHS after the brand-new install, Miami was hit with hurricane Irma which clocked winds just above 75 mph where I live. While there was absolutely no damage to my home of any kind, this hurricane CANCELED OUT my so-called and short-lived ""ten year warranty"". That's part of the ""fine print"" of any roofing company. They have the right to negate your warranty whenever a hurricane hits, - whether there's damage or not to your roof. After discovering flaws/leaks in Isaac's installation of my new roof, they did come out once or twice to quote repairs since they were no longer obligated to stand by any warranty. Their costs to repair specific issues which resulted from THEIR installation and NOT any storm damage were super-costly. There seemed to be ZERO consideration of the fact that I had just spent well over $60K with their company. My repairs were performed by another company at much more reasonable costs, they stood by their work and they appreciated their customers. I wish that Yelp allowed me to withdraw my past review, but at least I'm able to ""update - and set the record straight"" with this review. In retrospect, if I was allowed a ""do-over"", I NEVER would have gone with Isaac's Roofing in the first place. Their work had many flaws and their follow-up support to repair their flaws was super-expensive, - although I had just spent so much money with them. I do not recommend this company.

I recently replaced my old roof and cannot say enough great things about my experience with Isaac's Roofing. From the beginning, they were responsive and professional. My roof installation was painless. Stan took care of everything and the process was quick and smooth. They also took great care of the surrounding areas of my property, covering everything with plastic and cleaning up promptly. Other metal roofs in my neighborhood take weeks to complete. My roof was done in 5 business days, start to finish. I really could not be happier!

I recently hired Issacs Roofing to install my metal roof. Reliability, professionalism and efficiency seem to be a lost art, but my faith has been restored after receiving the most amazing service from Issacs Roofing.

Every single person involved in my roof replacement project, from the incredible owner, to the crew who showed up on time and worked so incredibly hard to ensure a smooth and quick project, was a pleasure to work with. My new beautiful metal roof was installed at rocket speed.The entire process was stress-free and seamless. I endured zero hassles and experienced nothing but professionalism, integrity, great communication and efficiency at every turn.

My project manager Stan was extremely informative, friendly and really knows how to manage a crew. I am simply in awe of the work ethic I observed with this company. They are absolutely a cut above the rest. I would not hesitate to use them and refer them in the future. There is nothing more stressful than enduring construction projects with trades that don't take their job seriously and have a poor work ethic.

Every detail from beginning to end was handled with such care and timeliness. And for the bonus, they were so conscientious with the debris. There is no trace anywhere on my property that a roof replacement was completed. A++++ all the way.

This company is no good. I just bought a house with a four year old roof. This company would not allow the warranty to transfer to me. When your making a $20,000 to $30,000 purchase I would choose another place where the warranty will hold up and the company should do what's right. The old owner of the house also called and said that he wanted a new roof installed and that he would sell the house in one year would the warranty transfer to the new owners and they said no. Please do your research and go with another company. I asked other companies and they do one transfer for $250 which is reasonable.

I had a flat roof leak that was leaking. Stan promptly came out to give me a quote and discussed the useful life of a roof and answered our way too many questions. We scheduled with Hannah who was very helpful. The repairmen were there on the day they said they were coming. We are waiting for the next big rain but Hannah was assuring that if we had any leaks again that they would promptly return. Very nice staff and knowledgable

This is a sad story. I originally waited to write this review to avoid jeopardizing my warranty. Following the leak, so didn't write a review to allow myself to cool down. I now realize I never really had a warranty and want to ensure others know the facts.

Due to a prior relationship with Isaacs Roofing through a friend, Isaac helped me repair a leak in 2012 so I could close the purchase of my house. Given the valuable relationship with my friend, he offered to do the small repair for free if I went, purchased, and picked up the Somay product that he recommended as a temporary solution. He supplied less than hour of labor, which I greatly appreciated. He refused to be paid or invoice me for that small job, but I sent him a check regardless just to say I was very appreciative. I unfortunately then referred him no less than 4 prospective single family jobs, one of which I know he completed. I also told him he would get my future new roof job. In 2015, We embarked on a home renovation including the roof. I received 5 roof bids, he was highest and I against my general contractor's wishes, I hired him anyway. This was an unfortunate mistake.

During the job he charged me a huger percentage of the original $39,700 roof replacement contract for wood replacement. This is after his sales guy inspected my attic before the job, knew it had been Somayed several times, knew there were active leaks, and saw the conditions of the tongue and groove from my attic. I now know if you have a roof twenty years old with Somay, it will surely need allot of wood replacement. Not a small add on, an attempt by a roofer to extort the client once your are stuck with them. Please note with any roof contractor, a trick of their trade.

Isaac's is a prototypical Miami service provider: Top level on the sale, outsourcing terrible sub providers, and hiring primarily incompetent labor. Defending their work along the way.

I contacted Isaac de Sol several times after completion about a vent stack that clearly didn't look right and other concerns about the roof he just completed.

Guess what happened, that vent stack eventually leaked. When I called to file a request in writing under my warranty within 3 years of completion following Irma, the response was that the warranty was void due to the fact that a hurricane hit Miami. Isaacs Roofing did NOT visit my home, inspect the probable locations of the leak, and determined that the roof leak was caused by the storm. For Isaac del Sol, when a hurricane comes he wins the lottery and as all of his warranty liabilities go away. To further that joke, when we tried to build a paper trail and sent a written warranty claim to the Isaacs Roofing PO BOX listed on the warranty, it was returned as that address didn't exist.

Because Isaacs Roofing refused to come an assess or repair the leak, I was forced to find someone else to come and stop the water coming into my master bathroom. That other roof contractor who did thank god come, charged $3,000 to fix the issue and essentially confirm that the vent stack where I had original concern and communicated to Issac del Sol and his P was the issue.

During the job, his guys put nails through my exposed water treated pine (high quality) tongue and groove on the back patio, his team was working on the roof several times until after 8 PM, only because they showed up late that day, labor not in uniforms or company car, obviously sub-out with no quality control, didn't prepare my home for temporary rain, and water was in my living room and dinning room ceilings, equipment and materials were often left uncovered, on the roof, not secured and unattended for a day or two including a wheel barrow facing up (Good to have that filled with rain on your roof).



A quote in the middle of the job, not something to rely on:

Update 1/18/20: Just repaired a second leak caused by terrible workmanship where they nailed down bird stop into TPO cricket and caused slow leak. Pretty convinced good reviews for these guys are friends and family or people like me who were duped by another Miami style smooth operator.

Good day, I want to laud our praises to Stan and his team, as well as the ISSACS Roofing company. Stan and his team, metal roof and flat TPO roof, were Outstanding. They were professionals', knowledge of roofing applications were apparent and transparency throughout the removal and replacement of our roofs was greatly appreciated. Stan, was onsite from, day one, and ensured every step in the process was conducted in a timely manner and per code. Inspections, were scheduled and complied with per Miami-Dade county requirements.we are very pleased with our new TPO flat roof and our Copper colored second floor metal roof. Both look, ""Outstanding "" and we're professionally installed.
I would, personally, advocate, ISSACS Roofing and Insulation, for anyone with a roofing issue. I would even further, recommend them, if Stan Saruski, is going to be your Project Manager. True professional, knowledgeable and transparent customer service representative for the ISSACS Roofing and Insulation Company. Five out of five 's from me and my wife.

Isaacs Roofing is the best roofing company in Miami hands down! At first I was skeptically about using this company but I turned out to be so wrong. I recommend them to everyone!! I get so many compliments about my roof. People randomly driving down the street stop just to compliment the roof. They're professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. They don't try and get over on you like other roofing companies. Their worth every single penny!! They definitely treated me like family. Issac, the owner of the company, is extremely knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all. He listened to my problems and told me my options and told me to get back to him once I decided what I really wanted. Stan, the project manager, is the best!!! He kept us in the loop and was hands on from making sure the supplies where there and overseeing the work. Hanna, did an amazing job with the paperwork by explaining the contracts and pulling the permits. She was available to speak to me every time I called her. It was great. It's very rare to deal with a company where the owner answers the phone whenever you call. They did everything by the book. From the permits, to showing up on time, being neat and clean, explaining what they would be working on each day. Even once my roof was completed they made sure I was happy with the work. They went over and beyond. If you want an amazing roof and have absolutely no worries about anything please call Isaacs Roofing!!!!!!
