Were available in a very urgent vent stack situation that appeared three years after another roofer installed. Follow up visits have occurred pretty much as stated. Also appreciate the, ""INSPECT AS YOU EXPECT"" culture of owner.

Oftentimes with roofers they prop up issues as much is ""under the tab/shingle"" and hard to see until you see it on the interior ceiling of your house. I trust IQ at this time.

They are doing a wood fascia replacement with hardi in about three weeks.

Great company! Came out and charged me exactly what they quoted. Other company came out to fix then never showed back up because I was not interested in a new roof. Just wanted a repair did a great job a could not tell their was a repair.

Jack with IQ roofing gave me a quote on repairing a leak in roof around the range vent. They did the repair but also made some improvements in the vent hole and the hook up to the vent piping, all for a very reasonable cost. They were very courteous and explained everything in detail.

I recently found out that my roof sustained damage from the weather or builder construction from years ago. I contacted IQ Roofing via Yelp and Jack the owner responded to my request right away. I received multiple roofing estimates and IQ Roofing came in at a better price and a better deal. Not only did I get a great estimate for my roofing repair, but the roof tune up was an excellent pricee as well.

Jack and his team were phenomenal. They finished a head of schedule and cleaned up any visible roofing debris. Jack provided before and after pictures and I am overly satisfied with the results.

I would use IQ roofing again and I would certainly recommend their services to anyone in need!

Genuinely good people running this place. I had a small roof repair done by these guys after getting quotes from about 5 other companies. Jack was certainly the most knowledgeable person who looked at our issues on our roof, and was focused on preventing it from recurring (while others were focused on expanding their scope of work). In the end, they found the issue as soon as they pulled back the shingles, and notified me that the scope of the job would shrink (and so would the cost). The repair work they did exceeded my expectations for quality. They also took photos of before, during, and after the repairs for my records, and conveniently placed them on a google drive for me to easily access. They also took the time to personally show me the repairs and talk through what they found, why it was leaking, and how they fixed it for good. Will certainly use them again!

I had problems with copper roofing. Jack Perry ( owner ) cae ot same daywhenI called to look at it and give me an estimate and alteratives. The work was done and billed efficiently and the price was reasonable. The owner came out with the roofer to supervise and they even replaced and painted a facia board in need of repair. Vey friendly, honest and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!
