Reginald Danage, a Baltimore native, holds an A.A. degree in Communications from Villanova University and a B.A. in Electronic Media from Towson University.
His varied background features positions as a video editor and photographer for CBS and Warner Brothers, along with a role as a Media Consultant for the Baltimore Sun.
Reggie's journey in home improvement began as a grassroots marketer and advanced to General Manager of a nationally ranked Top 10 home improvement firm.
He managed over $20 million in revenue and projects while leading a sales team of up to 30 employees and 15 installation teams across three states.

Following nine years in the industry, during which he assisted a company in growing from $2 million to $40 million in annual revenue, Reggie opted to use his insights from home improvement and media to establish his own firm.
