Great service and follow-up. Arrived as scheduled and efficiently tore off old roof and installed new roof. Took great care of premixed and good cleanup. Guttering installer was great as well. Everything looks great.

I hired Invictus roofing company to replace my roof and repair my interior damages due to a hail storm. Replacement of roof is supposed fix the leaking issue, but Invictus team aggravated the issue by missing to nail down the shingles in the same area for which they are hired for.

2. On top of it, they created new water leak around my fireplace due to poor work.

3.Also, they delayed my project for 3 months, being new to home ownership issue, I trusted them a lot and was very flexible with time lines. All I wanted was to have the quality of work even though it takes time. So I was cool allowing them to do their work at their pace and as per their availability. The contract was for both roof replacement and interior work. They finished roof replacement with poor quality and delayed 3 months for interior repairs.

Their manager without knowledge of why this project took more than 3 months accused me of causing delay. When I explained he mentioned did not have the background. Clearly, there was lack of co-ordination between sales team and management insisted that they will not do interior work even though they have written contract for the same.

I told them I would not pay the balance unless they complete the full work they have accepted for. But the owner threatened me to file a lien on home if I do not pay for rest of the balance. He wanted me to pay the balance amount for poor roof work and he wanted to walk out of interior work. Since he threatened me that he would file a lien on home, I felt I do not want to go through that non sense.

These people know how to use the signed documents to their advantage. I was cornered to accept it. I am sure it will cost more when I go to a different contact. I felt I was cheated. I had to go through all the hassle that to get my roof work completed and hire interior contractor for half work done on insurance claim. I lost the time trusting this team and I am going through. I do not wish anyone to have the same experience that I had.

I personally will not recommend my friends or close ones to ever work with invictus roofing. I am usually very inactive on social media but writing this review for the first time. I have no intention to impact their business, but all I am trying here is to help other customer to be cautious with companies like this.

My experience with Invictus has been incredible. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I reached out because I was confused about 2 different roofing opinions we'd gotten and Michael offered to come give me a 3rd opinion and advocated for me for my insurance - all while being clear he wanted what was best for our family even if they didn't get the business. I NEVER felt pressured. That's why they won. Michael was overly patient with me. He answered every text promptly and was here when we had the work done. The crew was professional and efficient. They left the place clean and better than they found it. I also had gutters done - again - excellent experience. That crew was fast and clean. And - though our house is old and job comparatively small in their world - and we are FAR from them - they treated me like a valuable client. Incredible customer experience from my first call to my final payment. Well done invictus. Thank you for working with me and for your kindness and professionalism.
