This family company was started and behind the scenes run by the patriarch Mercilino. It is his pride of workmanship that makes it all work. Their response to a gutter issue was immediately addressed and fixed. Best of all they are extremely competitive in price. This is a small business that comes highly recommended.

Terrible craftsman. Refused to return to fix after manufacturer of tiles told them it was installed incorrectly and not water tight. Bunches of bent and damaged tiles. They put a lien on my house . I had to hire an attorney to get them to come fix the roof. Look them up on YouTube and I am sure my video punch list will show up. Judge their quality yourself. $72k roof replacement.

International Roofing Performance Review
International Roofing replaced the roof on our home and a separate garage in Lake Worth Beach, FL in March, 2022. The material used was ""architectural"" asphalt shingles. A contractor associated with International Roofing replaced our gutters and downspouts at the same time.
We selected this contractor because their bid price was within range of the bids we received from several other contractors and because International exhibited a clear understanding of the job requirements and provided evidence of satisfactory similar work performed for other customers. In particular, International's very knowledgeable salesperson came to our home, took measurements, inspected the site listened carefully to our concerns and asked pertinent questions. We were invited to view work in progress being performed by International on another home in a nearby community before making a commitment.
We were not disappointed. All work was performed on schedule. The finished roof looks just as it should. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each working day. In particular, our experience with another roofing contractor years earlier at another house led us to expect a shower of tarpaper flakes and nails in the shrubbery. There was no such problem with International's work. Our property was protected and there was no disruption for us or any of our neighbors. The inevitable bits of rotted trim and roof decking on our 1947 house and 1955 garage were swiftly and efficiently replaced at no additional cost. The last-minute change order we imposed on them - upgraded flashing to accommodate a planned porch attachment - was performed without delay and at a reasonable price.
