We have been very pleased by the work performed by Integrity Roofing and Siding. Years ago we had roofing repairs made, and we felt that the company was honest and straightforward about what we did and did not need. Later, we had them inspect our roof for hail damage, and they determined we did not need to place a claim. Last year, when we knew we needed roof replacement, we called them for an estimate along with several other contractors. We were comfortable going with Integrity's offer, and we have been pleased with the results. We were even able to get more coverage from our insurance company than we expected. Communication has always been professional, timely, and helpful. When our daughter's roof needed repairs, we were confident with recommending Integrity Roofing to her. She and her husband said they would definitely use this company in the future.

If you want a cheap job done at a premium price then use Integrity. The work that was priced for me was not done and what was done was not very professional. I have two brand new gates that were all bent up from them climbing over them even after I told the office I did not want anyone climbing over my fence or gates. I had no communication during the entire job from start to finish. I have a hole in my eve with insulation hanging out of it that was not there before the job was done. I would highly not recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone I know or care about. I wouldn't trust them to fix a sandwich.

This company was referred to us by a co worker. This says a lot about a company, they did a roof for her (coworker) parents. Keep up the good work and awesome customer service.
So, I booked an appointment thru their website, they were quick to respond! Once confirmed, their field rep made location as promised. He took his time & checked our roof. He gave his professional opinion & explained that what I need is a different type of contractor. I just wanted to point that eventhou I didn't end up hiring them, they were quick & prompt to respond & do what they said would do. Nothing like the complaints on here, Thanks anyway Integrity.

I am very tired of getting flyers and the solicitation of roofers and hail damage experts. I have posted a clearly visible ""no soliciting"" sign and found an integrity flyer tucked under it. This is disrespectful and just plain pisses me off. Some people just want to be left alone!!

We just had our roof replaced and the work was amazing! It was done as promised in two days. Roofers cleaned up after themselves and worked from sunrise to sunset on both days. They even replaced some rotted wood they found on our roof and replaced our patio roof . No shoddy work here. Their name says it all...Integrity. It shows in the way they conduct business. Will be recommending to anyone who needs their roof replaced!

Integrity huh..Ohhh the IRONY!!!!

My husband called to get an estimate for a roof replacement for a house that we had under contact. We needed a same day quote, and Integrity stated that they could accommodate us. They came out on a Friday afternoon, and didn't send us the quote. My husband called them, was given the direct number to the guy who was writing up the quote, left him a voicemail, and NEVER received a call back! Monday rolled around, we called again, and the guy was out of the office... So we were left empty handed yet again. Absolutely ridiculous! Tuesday morning, my husband called, demanding a refund, as they hadn't delivered on their promise. Magically an estimate was emailed to us, and they refused to give us our $350 back. Thanks to their lack of urgency and integrity, we will be going with another company who provided a more timely estimate.

My husband and I are fully satisfied with our new roof. What a great job. Abel Perez, our estimator, did a fabulous job of guiding us through the process of selecting a roof and new sky lights. He is much more than an estimator. We got some great upgrades at a minimal cost. Highly recommend Integrity. The only negative is we had to wait 6 mos to get a roof. They were so backlogged with other jobs because of hail storms. Definitely worth the wait!!!!

I called Integrity Roofing sometime in July, 2016 for a bid. The secretary said I could not set up an appointment until I received permission from the insurance company to ensure that in fact there was hail damage to my roof. I did as she recommended since she would not let me speak to an estimator; as if I the homeowner does not know better and what is wrong with my roof. I made an appointment with the insurance adjuster to come out but by then the cold weather had set in. Now, that I have called Integrity Roofing again to try to schedule a bid the secretary is telling me I will have to wait until June or July to be scheduled for the work to be done. What a disappointment. If I had been given a bid early on as I had requested, I would not have missed out on scheduling sooner. I guess I have to try to find someone else now.

Had roof damage after two hail storms here in SA. I had 8 ""SALESMEN"" come to my door and ran all of them off. One guy wanted me to sign a COMPLETELY BLANK contract for my roof. Yea, sure. Showed him the door. I searched BBB (another JOKE) and Yelp. Then went to the internet and other pages. I found INTEGRITY and saw they have been here in SA for years. I called them and they sent out Bob B. and he didn't provide any contracts or estimates. Good first step. He got on the roof, measure it, climbed down and said it would take him a few days to get the numbers. 3 days later he called and said estimate, copy of contract was in my email. There it all was. I studied it and all was very close to my insurance company estimate. I called him, he came over, we both signed contract. Keep in mind, 10 other houses in this neighborhood had bad roofs. So, tough news was it would be October before he could get to us with all the work they had. I said OK. Well, 10/17 they called and said material is being delivered tomorrow and we will start work the day after. Material showed up, roofers showed up the day after and in 2 days, all was stripped and replaced! And roof looks Great! Lines parallel, angles sharp and all inline. Professional job. Eddie called and asked if I want to walk the roof with him for inspection. I didn't need to. He showed up yesterday with my 10 YEAR craftsmanship guarantee and my 30 Year material guarantee. I am happy and glad I waited the 90 days or so for the fellas to work through their back log. I guess that says something about them as a company. They could have 'hired' some 'guys' to work and reduce the back log but they just kept plugging away with the roofers they keep on staff. The quality shows. Now, don't get me wrong..they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But, IMO, I got what I paid for and a great guarantee with a company that will be here in 5, 10, 20 years. And, I had two neighbors give a 'company' $3k and $4k before any material or work was done. Guess what? No more company and they are out the advance payment. And, one neighbor had a 'bunch of guys I heard of' do his roof, yes at about 1/2 the price I paid, and, well...No craftsmanship guarantee and no material guarantee and, IMO, the roof shingles are all on crooked lines. Good Luck getting it fixed if it leaks. Guys with Integrity did a great clean up and I was happy to pay for what I got. I recommend Integrity in San Antonio 100%. Please, lastly, keep in mind, after TWO HAIL Storms in San Antonio...these guys and girls are BUZY. And, they are patient, courteous, and professional. They just don't 'staff up' with a bunch of knuckleheads in a HIGH WORK period and work down the backlog and then have 'knucklehead quality' problems. They stick to what they have and what they know. Again, 100% recommendation.
