We had damage to our roof from last spring's hail storms. Sean and his team at Integrity Roofing did a great job explaining the whole process to us. Sean is very professional and detailed. He works with the insurance company to make sure everything is covered and he fixes it correctly. He was very patient with having to deal with the insurance company and the lien holder (mortgage company) who also has a process. His team did a great job installing the roof in just under 2 days. They also took care of our gutters and some other damage from the large hail stones. A friend of mine recommended Integrity Roofing when I found out that I had hail damage to my roof. Sean responded quickly to my call. This was my first experience doing anything with my roof so I was a little overwhelmed. When Sean came out to start the estimate I was immediately impressed with his kindness and willingness to help me understand all of the steps in the process. I ended up needing new gutters and a new garage door. Sean and Kathy were a tremendous help in coordinating all of the steps both with contractors and the insurance company. A couple of the contractors did not call before coming out to do the estimate or the work and we had some delays due to scheduling and the insurance company so it took a bit longer to finish everything. Nonetheless, Sean and Kathy stuck with it and I am happy with the completed work!

We had severe hail damage to our roof about a month ago so it has to be replaced along with the gutters. Without any hesitation I chose to go with Integrity Roofing to do the job, mainly because Integrity replaced this same roof when it was damaged by hail five years ago. From the start the Sean (the owner) worked with my insurance company closely to make sure that the insurance estimate covered all the damages, not just some of them. The roof and gutter replacement work, including labor and materials, was of the highest quality and Integrity was very prompt and thorough on following up on some minor post-contract work. The company lives up to its name and does not cut corners, which some roofing companies often do. Hopefully I will not have to replace my roof again in a long, long time, but if I do I will call Integrity.

Sean is very professional and detailed. The job is done right and fast. Kathy is the person I deal with back and forth throughout the repair and claiming process (which takes much longer than the repair). She's very helpful and patient with me. Very sweet lady. I don't understand much about my insurance policy and the claiming process, so Kathy carefully explained it to me and helped me deal with my horrible insurance company. She kept me informed throughout the process and replied my questions promptly. Both of them are kind and professional. I highly recommend them.

I am very particular when it comes to the contractors I use on any repair work done in or outside on my home... My roof was repaired over 5 years ago and I was so impressed with the professionalism shown from the staff at Integrity roofing Company. Great job and super fast! My new roof was installed in one week after a big storm that left quite a bit of damage. Everyone else in my neighborhood was waiting weeks or even a month for their repairs. Jon was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend integrity roofing!
