It's a long story. They installed inferior ridge shingles on my 40 year asphalt roof. By the time I realized my ridge shingles were crumbling, complained, they offered a reasonably low estimate to replace the ridge shingles ONLY.
After a year, asphalt and tar paper will no longer reliably seal around a nail. Nailing only a new ridge up, just makes the chance for leaks that much greater, as one is driving those nails through a brittle old shingle roof.
I informed them of that fact. They never responded. Given the age of the roof, I would have considered paying the cost of materials for new tar paper and shingles. They never bothered to follow up, negotiate, offer that and find out. I am left to suppose I was a profit loss and not worth good will.

A few months ago I called Integrity Roofing about replacing my roof. They promptly sent out a member of their team to do an inspection prior to quoting the work, but since then I have heard nothing from them. I have left repeated messages on their voicemail and have not gotten any response from them. This is quite unprofessional.

Integrity distinguished themselves right from the beginning. Their quote was much more detailed than the quotes from other roofers, so I knew exactly what I was getting. There was also a lot of materials in the quote that the other roofers had not mentioned, such as the radiant sheathing on the OSB (plywood), which helps reflect the heat from the shingles and keeps the home cooler. I had to do some reading to understand what these materials were, and it became clear that Integrity installs a state of art roof, not just another guy doing it the same way it has been done for 40 years.

In addition, their warranty was 10 years, twice as long as the next guy. Their price was a little higher, but I felt like I was getting so much more than the other guys, so in the end it was probably cheaper.

I had high expectations for the work, and I'm happy to say that it was close to perfect (and I'm a picky guy!). Its a very well installed roof, and the house is much cooler than with the old roof in the hot weather due to the radiant sheathing and all the roof vents.

The only negative is the amount of sawdust in the attic left over from cutting the OSB. I let Greg know it was an area for improvement, but it is a minor point and should not influence a decision to choose this company.

Finally, Greg the owner is a great guy. Very pleasant to work with, and a man of his word.

I wish all contractors had the honesty, communication skills, work-ethic and kindness of Greg! Integrity Roofing replaced our very old shake roof with a beautiful composition roof and great looking custom gutters. We called several highly rated roofing companies and Greg was the best mix of quality and price. We also appreciate that Integrity takes the extra educational step to certify their roofers with Certainteed (We found him via the Certainteed website). That gave us peace of mind knowing that they are dedicated to their craft, they know their materials, and that we were getting a quality install. Our house is unconventional due to several remodels/additions made over the years. Greg handled the challenges of a complicated install with patience and a can-do attitude. Greg's business name is on point and we are so happy we hired him. He's just an all-around nice guy to top it off.

Remember the days when customers actually mattered to businesses? Integrity Roofing still puts their customers first. I called several companies about the leak in my roof but Greg was, by far, the most responsive. Greg adjusted one of his worker's schedule to come look at my leak immediately. He said he was already booked for the next day, Tuesday, but would try to get his crew to my house if possible because there was a big storm coming on Wednesday. After lunch on Wednesday, Greg came to my house an installed plastic on my roof because he didn't think his crew would make it and he didn't want the damage to the inside of my house to get any worse. That alone was very impressive but I came home from picking my son up from school and there was his crew. They said they would work late that day to make sure my leak was fixed before the storm hit on Wednesday.

It's raining hard right now and my ceiling and wall are dry. I would hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat. Don't look any further than Integrity Roofing!

Greg is great! Did a major job for us. Initial work was excellent with a competitive bid. With some other smaller jobs, he's be amazingly responsive and thorough. Highly recommended.

Greg and Integrity Roofing were reasonably priced, communicated well, were on time and completed on time! The roof looks great! I would highly recommend Greg!
