I first hired them to replace my roof back in 2021. I had to contact them to do an inspection and to transfer my warranty to the new owner of my house. They are EXTREMELY difficult to reach. The main contact finally came out to do the inspection. I had to keep asking him for the paperwork I wanted and he would take forever to respond. I had to be persistent and keep calling and texting to the point that he stopped taking my calls, stopped answering my texts, and he flat out told my husband (he had to call from his phone because he stopped answering my calls) that he was not obligated to do anything for us and that I was overwhelming the business. My realtor called and he told her that he would not transfer the warranty and that I was ""borderline harassing"" him. I just wanted two simple things from him and he chose to treat me horribly. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Used this company two different times had great service, good employees. Second time we had a small leak they came out and fixed it, after calling and bugging them for over 3 weeks. Discovered an additional leak needed them for a 3rd time call 5 different times politely leaving messages in need of your services again with no call back. Finally the 6th call someone answered their phone. I says I've been calling you over the last week with no call back gentleman says well if you would not call me every 15 minutes id give you a call back. We are busy. My reply was communication is key to running a successful company. The way you run your company/treat your customers at your busiest point determines how well you actually run your company.

The owner of this company Joshua gives estimates without climbing up the roof. That should be a red flag. He charged us $2000+ to repair our roof. However after his repair, the roof still leaked at the same spot. After 2 attempts to fix it, they found that all I needed was sealant on the chimney. I hired another company to do it properly and was charged only $200.

The owner can dispute this all he wants, but please do not let him give you a quote without going up the roof!!!

They came out and met with me about a roofing job, and said they would generate a quote and give a call back. Pleasant enough I guess, but I never got a call back. I even sent them a message via Yelp, but still no reply. It's been about 3 weeks and still nothing. A simple reply with, ""sorry we can't offer the service"" would have been acceptable, and wouldn't have affected my opinion of any company. When you tell a customer you're going to contact them, do it. It's the courteous and professional thing to do.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY. Have been looking for 2/3 weeks for a roofer to repair my leaking sun room roof. Everyone I called wanted to sell me a new roof and solar . Nobody would even come give me a look see. Well I called Josh and he came out that day. Looked it over and gave me a estimate . We went with him and he set us up for the repair in 3days. Crew showed up on the morning did a great job cleaned up everything and were very very professional. Would recommended this company to anyone looking for good honest hard working people. The price he quoted was the price I paid, no after the fact add on's like many companies.

I needed the flashing replaced on my patio roof. I contacted the roofing company that installed my main roof since they carry the warranty and it seemed sensible. When the guy came to give me an estimate, he told me my roof needed to be replaced, that it was in terrible shape, and it would cost $10k!! Something didn't smell right.

I contacted Integrity, and Jason came right out. He did a thorough inspection and told me that the roof was in excellent shape and would last 6-10 years with proper care and maintenance. All that was needed was to replace the flashing.

I got an email estimate and we scheduled for the next day. He and his team showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. They did a great job.

I appreciate the integrity and professionalism and recommend Integrity Roofing. Aptly named!

Joshua came out the very next day, worked up a bid for the repairs and resealing of our ""flat roof"" (~20% less than the second lowest bid) had his crew out and job completed the next week!!

I really cannot say enough great things about this roofing company. We've been having a lot of roofing problems for a while. Had some different companies come out trying to sell us on a full roof. Joshua and his son came out, looked at what the roof, and sent us an estimate. We called him back, scheduled an appointment, and they came out. It happened to rain quite heavily that night. NO LEAK!!! They were polite, did good work, and stayed on the estimate. Call this company first.

Top Notch Guy and Top Notch roofer. Does what he says, no hassles, great customer service (something lacking heavily in the construction business) , great pricing as an investor i will certainly use him again, matter fact i have two other houses needing roofing in sacramento and he is def. my guy for those roofing projects.
