I began this project looking for the moss to be cleaned off the north side of my roof.  Israel responded to my request and asked for permission to get up on the roof to inspect prior to presenting a bid.  He noticed some other items that were in need of repair that I never would have even known about until they became BIG problems.  They offered me such a great deal, I couldn't pass it up! Israel and his team were prompt, extremely courteous, did a fantastic job cleaning up the moss and doing repairs, even to one of my solar panels!  He left no mess to pick up and when my neighbor complained that his yard got a small amount of debris in it, Israel contacted the neighbor and cleaned up in his yard as well.  I am extremely pleased and would recommend Israel to any of my friends for sure!  Thanks Integrity!

At first, my brother referred Isreal and his partner came out and repaired my neighbor's roof. after that, he ended up doing six houses in our neighborhood and my friends because he was doing such a good jobs with competitive prices. He'd spent time to explained the details and doesn't mind to do a little extra works! Job well done in a timely manner! Strongly recommended!

I don't ever leave a negative response, but I felt I should share my experience. Only reason I gave one star is so my review could get through. I had made an appointment with these guys for a job quote on a certain date and time. They had actually picked the date and time even after I told them that I preferred any day of the week but a Monday. So I take time off work, since it's kind of an emergency for me. After waiting past their scheduled time without anybody showing up or even a courtesy call from them, I called and texted them without having any luck! It wasn't until almost 1-1/2 hours after the scheduled time that someone responds back with a text. First they messaged saying that ""they got held up"" and later messaged saying ""they got the schedule mixed up"". Regardless, they were not going to be able to show up that day! I missed an important day of work (Monday) for them to just basically have them blow me off! I ended up calling other companies and all of them worked with my schedule and none of them faked on me or left me hanging. These guys exercise poor scheduling skills as well as horrible customer communication practices. Hopefully they get their act together.

Israel is a honest individual who takes pride in doing the job right. Israel was very good in communicating with me. He was also the first to get back to me with a quote to fix my roof. Since I couldn't walk on my roof, he took picture of all the area that need to be fixed and showed them to me as proof. Israel was always on time and completed the work as we discussed. His price was competitive and his workmanship really shines. It's hard to find honest professionals in any line of work so I'm very grateful I found Israel. Do yourself a favor and call him if you have any roof repair needs.

Roof started to leak causing damage to ceiling and furniture. I called Integrity and had immediate response. Isrial came to my home, looked over the situation, went up on the roof in the rain, made a complete roof inspection, and found several broken tile. Gave me an estimate and I asked him how soon can you do this, and he said right now if you want.
End of story. Job well done. Prompt response. And a very personal young man.
Would call him again in a heartbeat.

Israel saved us from a leak in our roof! He was able to come out the same day and provide an estimate then fix up a couple of the tiles the very next day. He has great communication skills, honest and competitive in pricing. I highly recommend him for roof repairs!

Israel is great! He replies, he shows up, he's honest, and his prices are competitive.
After our big rain storm i had water in the attic. all the ""emergency"" places said they couldn't get anyone out before Friday (4 days away!) or offered $800 tarping service . $250 later the problem spot i knew about and the new one he found are FIXED and the shingles match and i can start drying out the house and move on with life.
He was super helpful and polite, did the estimate himself, and supervised the work personally. He's even faster than the insurance adjuster who also won't be here for 4 days.

Top Notch Guy and Top Notch roofer. Does what he says, no hassles, great customer service (something lacking heavily in the construction business) , great pricing as an investor i will certainly use him again, matter fact i have two other houses needing roofing in sacramento and he is def. my guy for those roofing projects.
