integrity first roofing inc. definitely lives up to its name. the owner, ron, is a local fair oaks resident that is honest, reliable, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and has the most amazing crew i've ever seen. this company pays special attention to detail, workmanship, and will lay a roof that is literally a work of art. a neighbor recommended ron's company to me. i went with him because of the recommendation and also because of the excellent ratings. could not have hired a better company. he's so good, you'll be on a waiting list. but, if you're not in a big hurry, he's by far the best in town, hands down. last but not least, it's hard to find good reliable help this day in age. when ron says his crew will start at 7 a.m., they are literally lined up in the driveway ready to work at 6:45! unbelievable! a+++++++++

Ron is great !!! What a professional service!! It's hard to find honest , punctual , hard working people who knows what they doing any more ... Ron fixed my roof the day he showed up ! I'm so disappointed with this company. I had Ron come out months ago to give me an estimate. He came out the same day I called and I was impressed with that. His quote was good so after checking with 5 other companies I decided to go with him to replace my roof. I signed his contract and picked out my color. I waited several months with basically little communication, except a reply of ""I'll get back to you soon."" I knew they were busy so I waited. Finally my day was set and I was relieved. The morning of, at 6:45 am, Ron told me there was a problem, he hadn't realized there were 3 layers on the roof and therefore he would have to charge me more money. In five minutes this company went from a good price, to one of the highest prices and I had to say no. So, after waiting for months, I have to start all over again. Seems like since this was their mistake, a contract was signed, they should have made it work.

Update: 7/6/17
The evening of our original date Ron called to apologize and admit he made a quick decision that he regretted. He offered to do the job for what he originally quoted. I accepted and we set a new date. They just finished and I am very pleased! The work was done in two days and the workers were very professional. They cleaned up after the work each day and the new roof looks great! Ron has earned his name of ""Integrity"" Roofing and I do recommend him to anyone needing a new roof. (I would have given them 5 stars if not for what happened)

We recently had our roof done by Integrity first. Ron was excellent to work with, his employees were always on time and cleaned up everything. We are very happy with the job done, the time it took to do it, and the great price he gave us. I would recommend him to everyone, including my closest friends and family. Too bad I only have one home to roof!

I called 3 roofers. One of them was Integrity First Roofing. Two of the roofers were just going to put on some roof patch and give me a large bill. Integrity was not the cheapest by any means, but he was the ONLY one that addressed the problem that the leak needed repairing...not patching. Since then, we have had a great deal of rain and not one drip from the old problem. He now is MY roofer that I can count on to FIX the problem.

Recently had my rental re-roofed, other than having to postpone the job a few times due to weather condition, everything go smoothly. Ron gave me a great price over and other contractors, and willing to make customer happy by making even more concessions. The speed and quality of getting the job done was impressive. If there is any improvement from his side, I would only wish the communication could be more timely. Over all, a great contractor for your money...

I was first referred to Ron over three years ago. He gave me an estimate to reroof my house in 2011. In addition to the roof estimate, he spent hours helping me decide on a new patio cover and finding a good contractor. I decided on a different patio cover contractor, but this year when my neighbor hired Ron to reroof his house, I decided to hire Ron to reroof my house. The roofing inspector said he did an excellent job and gave him an A+ saying he did everything perfectly. Not only is Ron very conscientious about doing the best job he can, he is also very personable and he takes his time answering all of your questions without any pressure. He also discovered the patio cover contractor I had hired did not attach the drip strip correctly, and the plywood was turning to dry rot. When I was unable to get the patio cover contractor to come back to look at the problem, Ron volunteered to take off the old strip and install a new drip strip correctly. You will not go wrong with Ron.

a name is just a name. No call no show for an appointment scheduled 5 days earlier. When I called him he said he didn't have my info but kinda remembered speaking to me. He would not be able to make it out today. When I said Integrity First huh he hung up on me.

I first ran across Integrity First Roofing when they did a roof repair for a client of mine. (my client raved about him) I'm a realtor and work with different contractors in lots of industries.

When I needed a roof repair on my own home, I had a lot to choose from but I chose to work with Ron and Integrity Roofing and I'm glad I did! He's straight up honest and while I'm not personally on the roof nor am I an expert, I could see the work he did on a gutter problem I had. (You see, I had a gutter that always had water flowing over the side and thought the best solution was to install another downspout. He diplomatically helped me understand how unsightly that would look and instead found an alternative solution. )

They were on time, left a clean environment after completing the work and have won my trust. He's a solid handshake, look-you-in-the-eye kind of person. He takes the time to explain the work, has competitive pricing and gives you the assurance that it's done right the first time.

-I called, and he answered the phone right away.

-I told him I needed a roofer to look at my roof and verify that roof problems were not contributing to my moisture in the walls, and that the roof probably was fine. He agreed to come out anyway.

-He came that very afternoon to look at my roof.

-He said there was no problem, and no charge for his visit. I had to insist on him taking some money for his time, and all he would take was $30.

I'm not a relative or friend of this guy, but he treated me like I was. Will definitely keep him in my contact list!!!
