Integris Roofing is a 1st rate, class act company to work with. I had storm damage from those crazy January wind and rain storms. I saw Integris working on one of my neighbors roofs and asked the project manager (Kirk Veronie) if he could help me get someone from his company schedule to come out and talk a look at mine because after all that crazy weather, I had water running through my master bathroom light fixture. Kirk made a few calls and before the day was over, he actually walked/inspected my roof and had Jesus Rodriguez some out and explain the process to me.

After the initial claim, Jesus explained the process to me and even came out and met the Insurance Adjuster when he came to inspect my roof on behalf of the Insurance Co.

Talk about above and beyond customer service, Jesus continued to work with the insurance Rep managing my claim throughout the entire process. Truly an amazing experience, I was initially stressed, (I don't like having to deal with these kind of major home repair issues), but Jesus took care of all the communication details. I was fully approved and had an entire new roof on my home within 10 days (from claim to installation).

The installation crew was managed by Kirk Veronie, who stayed on site the entire day to ensure his workers properly protect mine and both my neighbors A/C's and landscaping. Kirk kept me updated on the progress and was occasionally up on the roof ensuring his crew was safe and monitoring the project. Kurt even stayed behind afterward sweep all areas to ensure all the nails and any roofing shingles debris was picked up.

I cannot say enough about the excellent level of service received by gentlemen. If all of Integris employees are this dedicated and professional, I'm sure they'll continue to grow and have many, many future satisfied customers.

Be careful with the ""FREE QUOTE"" is totally a LIE. In the same paper you sign to let them do the inspection, you signing to pay 10% of the total settlement in case you don't do the job with them. This company is a completly a TRASH

Integris Roofing was an exceptional company to work with. I had some storm related damages on my roof and I contacted a representative at Integris who provided me with a thorough explanation of the whole process to replace my roof through insurance. Within the same week, Cody came to my house to give me a free inspection, filed the claim on my behalf, and had the adjuster appointment set up. They were able to get my roof approved and replaced within a few weeks! The crew was very professional and provided quality work. They also made sure my landscaping was completely protected. I highly recommend Integris for any roofing solutions as they did an outstanding job with my roof. It was easy to communicate with with the guys handling my claim and the customer service was unparalleled. I'm very satisfied customer!
