IntegriBuilt Roofing installed a roof - did a terrible job. Corners were not installed properly and have come up. When we contacted them to fix their faulty work, including the owner Darren Williams and salesperson Adam Browning, they did not do it. More than one area of the roof has come up, so it is definitely an installation issue. They stated, likely for marketing purposes, they used the best installers. If that is the best installers they have that is scary!!!
We are engaging our attorney.

I had my metal roof and gutters destroyed in the recent Dallas storm. I met with 5 potential roof builders and selected IntegriBuilt. I STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend that you ask for Steve Slaughter, their sales manager to do your estimate, work with your insurance company and manage the project!!! He even came out to meet the insurance adjuster on Father's Day, managed the claim and the whole construction process. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and conscientious!!

I had a leak from the AC vents when we had a storm. A couple of roofing companies had good reviews from Angie's List came to inspect and quote the job. One quote was high. One wanted to go thru my insurance. When I told them my deductible, they were not interested to do the job anymore. I called IntegriBuilt. Adam and Pedro came inspected the roof and windows. Blew all the derbies and leaves in the gaps, caulked the obvious wholes under a window that is close to the leak. Asked me not to go for a big repair job yet. Just keeping an eye on it and if the leak comes back, they'll come to do a water test. I'm so impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Not everyday you ran into a company truly take their customers' best interest into action. These guys do. I highly recommend Integribuilt to anyone who needs a roofer.

Best roofing company PERIOD. I am so happy I found this company, my inspector/salesman was STEVE SLAUGHTER. This company was extremely professional from the very beginning to the very end, they stand behind their work, and are excellent in every way. I will never use another roofing company again as long as I live in the metroplex.
I am still amazed at how smooth everything went, even though my insurance company was a nightmare to deal with... RBN remained extremely patient and professional. My roof looks excellent, and you can tell that there was quality behind it. My salesman also fought to give me proper ventilation for my home and everything brought up to code which was not an easy task of dealing with the insurance company. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a 20, It is hard finding such a professional company, especially contractors which tend to be shady underhanded snakes. RBN restored my faith that there are good contractors out there!!!!
I have recommended them to many people, and will continue to recommend them. I never hand out five stars, unless a company really deserves it and in this case they've earned it!!
