These guys are GREAT..!!! Sean and his team showed up promptly and got to work. They manufactured a 77 foot, seamless gutter. His crew went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They also made 9 sections with downspouts for our needs. Give them a call ..... you'll be happy!!!

If there were 10 stars, I'd give them ten. We have renovated 10 houses over 20 years, have employed dozens of contractors, and we have never experienced this level of service-attention, top-quality workmanship, follow-up and pleasant demeanor such as we found with Integ. We were simply blown away by the quality and efficiency. We had them put in new rain gutters, and when we need a new roof, this is the place, no competitive bids necessary. They aren't cheap, but they aren't expensive either, and you won't find a more careful, hassle-free, superior finished-product. Call them.

Sean performed the roofing portion of our home addition. He was able to find the materials to match our existing roof, and blended the two perfectly.

My concerns were for the crew not to damage the landscaping and wanting thorough cleanup when the job was finished. The crew performed well in all areas. The work was performed quickly and the price was commensurate for the high quality work provided.

I called to have them come out for an estimate on installing gutters around our home as well as looking at a few areas of flashing that a home inspector had told us would need to be watched over time. I spoke to Sean, who said that it was common to have areas like this on the roof and that it sounds like we just need a roof tune up- this was why I gave him 2 stars. I felt this was pretty honest and straightforward.
He told me that he would be at our home the following morning between 8:30-9am to take a look at the roof and that I would be his first stop because his office is in Long Beach, like our home. Keep in mind, this is after 3-4 days straight of rain, and it was supposed to rain for 2 more days. On the phone, Sean never mentioned anything about the rain. The appointment time comes, and goes, and still no Sean. I give him a call at 9:45am.. no answer. I'm still sitting around waiting for him, so I text him to see if he's coming or not. I've attached our exchange. If the rain halts all work, don't you have some free time to at the very least just let me know that you aren't coming so I don't sit around wasting my time? Very very basic communication is lacking here. So simple. Needless to say, we'll be looking for a different company to complete this work and our future roof replacement. Time is money and they've shown that they don't deserve ours.

Intel roofing just completed the job of tear-off & laying down new shingles that have a reflective quality to it. I'm looking forward to having my home 10-20% cooler this summer. The guys on the job were efficient & allowed me to climb up on the roof to check on their progress. Great clean up, guys!

I just had a re-roof cool cap Torch down by Integ and was very pleased with the job. The crew was polite, respectful and I am presuming they were good at what they do. The roof looks great. It only took two days plus complying with all the Hawthorne Building Department requirements. The bid price was fair and competitive and I recommend Sean and Integ Roofing fully. It hasn't rained yet and that will be the true test, but I do not expect any problems. Thank you Integ!

I used the messaging on their Web site with no one getting back to me.

I called 7-8 days later and spoke with the office manager. Was told owner Shawn would call me. I did not get a call back.

Then used the messaging on their Web site once again with no one getting back to me.

Recommend with such POOR customer service that you pass on them (wasted my time!!)

Completed an expensive re-roof with them. An area of the flashing directly above our front doors was bent (prior to our move in) and an eye sore. I asked them to repair it and they placed blame on another contractor who was on the job and would not correct it. A few months later, the brand new roof developed a leak - which they fixed. However, it caused damage in the newly competed home and it was not repaired. For a nearly $40K roof, I expect that flaws in the aesthetics of the roof would be repaired and we wouldn't have a leak. I don't recommend using them.

I never got a return call to come and get a quote. The lady took my number and said someone will call back. Poor customer service. Thumbs down.

Gutters were done 9months ago. Called about a bad gutter leaking into unit. Thay said that would look at it tomorrow. Which was the hardest rainday we've had in years. They never showed up or returned calls. I had to remove gutter to see what they did wrong. It was all wrong. A tricky spot, but done completely wrong. Thanks for not honoring your so called guarantee. And thanks for never showing up or following up. By the way. They ""lost the contract"" and I had to send it to them..
