I just had a re-roof cool cap Torch down by Integ and was very pleased with the job. The crew was polite, respectful and I am presuming they were good at what they do. The roof looks great. It only took two days plus complying with all the Hawthorne Building Department requirements. The bid price was fair and competitive and I recommend Sean and Integ Roofing fully. It hasn't rained yet and that will be the true test, but I do not expect any problems. Thank you Integ!

I used the messaging on their Web site with no one getting back to me.

I called 7-8 days later and spoke with the office manager. Was told owner Shawn would call me. I did not get a call back.

Then used the messaging on their Web site once again with no one getting back to me.

Recommend with such POOR customer service that you pass on them (wasted my time!!)

Completed an expensive re-roof with them. An area of the flashing directly above our front doors was bent (prior to our move in) and an eye sore. I asked them to repair it and they placed blame on another contractor who was on the job and would not correct it. A few months later, the brand new roof developed a leak - which they fixed. However, it caused damage in the newly competed home and it was not repaired. For a nearly $40K roof, I expect that flaws in the aesthetics of the roof would be repaired and we wouldn't have a leak. I don't recommend using them.

I never got a return call to come and get a quote. The lady took my number and said someone will call back. Poor customer service. Thumbs down.

Gutters were done 9months ago. Called about a bad gutter leaking into unit. Thay said that would look at it tomorrow. Which was the hardest rainday we've had in years. They never showed up or returned calls. I had to remove gutter to see what they did wrong. It was all wrong. A tricky spot, but done completely wrong. Thanks for not honoring your so called guarantee. And thanks for never showing up or following up. By the way. They ""lost the contract"" and I had to send it to them..

Although I told them I didn't need a new roof or gutters and what I was looking to do would be minor...I wanted a professional look at a flat roof deck and minor gutter issues, Josh came out and gave me a HONEST evaluation. No upselling. Even mentioned what a great job the previous company did on the torch down. Very knowledgable and took his time even though it wasn't turning out to be a job. i will though, be keeping this business card for the minor and major repairs in the future. I just wanted to give a shout out to local company that did the right thing. Thanks Josh.

Sean of Integ Roof & Gutter just completed a re-roof on our house in January. My husband and I received 3 quotes and felt VERY confident contracting with Integ. Sean is an all around nice guy, his workers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. Sean came by each morning and each afternoon to check in on his workers and touch base with either my husband or myself. Sean coordinated with us for two sola-tube installations, solar panel install and my husband painting the fascia before seamless gutters were installed and he still managed to get the job done in 3 days. I HIGHLY recommend Integ Roof & Gutter.

They told me they would not come out to give a quote unless the job is at least $1,500. How am I supposed to know how much it's going to be unless they come out and see it?

Great company. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to get a bid from them as they looked like a reputable company. Sean (the owner) provided the estimate in person and was friendly, offered various options for reroofing, and offered a very competitive price. The work was completed quickly, on time and looks great.

Once everything was completed we noticed that one of our roof vents on the garage had been replaced with a smaller (less effective than what we had) vent. When I brought it to Sean's attention, he didn't hesitate to offer his help and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the replacement. For me, what makes this a company that I will enthusiastically recommend to others is when they will go the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of their customers.
