I had some issues with their repair work in the beginning. The work was slow when I had a limb come through my roof. The repair took a year and wasn't done very well. However, When the new carpet began to buckle, I called them back and told them I was not happy. This was months after the repair. The person in charge wasn't aware of how the job had been done. He couldn't have been more apologetic. He sent a crew out right away. They fixed ALL the carpet, rehung doors, and made sure everything was done correctly. This doesn't happen often where a business will correct things for you, but they did! They put everything to rights again. Thank you so much! I'll be calling them next time.

Thank you Charles for the ease of scheduling our spray in foam insulation. Charles was able to find me the best rate possible and get the job done weeks before other companies. Charles has been extremely helpful as we rebuild a 1960s house from the studs. Thought we had a leak in the roof and Charles was going to send someone out immediately after I called him. We realized it wasn't a roof leak but I was so thankful for the urgency!

John Mullen with IGC has been great to work with. He has helped keep my project on time and provides excellent service. Handling additional jobs that arise while your company is working on a major fire incident can't be easy.
John is often on site and working hard to keep things moving toward a positive outcome. I have learned I can depend on him.

I had flood damage to my house in May,2017, I am out of state a lot and hired a private adjuster, he recommended IGC. Insurance General Contractor, I can tell you it has been a hassle since day one, no transparency, no quotes until forced, then fails to live up to contracts and dead lines, our house was supposed to be completed on Nov 20th, over 6 months and still not done,and then threatened to do damage to our house if we don't pay for work that is not even completed, I would not use this company again ever, nor would I recommend them, stay clear unless you want STRESS!!!
