Dakota tinney is professional and personable and working with him was an absolute pleasure. he and his boss dealt with our insurance company when they balked at giving us the full value for repairing the roof and got us the money we needed. Dakota checked in on us almost daily before and after the roof installation. we have a neighbor who is very upset that he chose another company as it is easy to spot which roofs in our neighborhood have been done by innovate. they do architectural ridging that makes our roofs look fantastic. they also have been able to recommend other contractors for other kinds of work we may have wanted done on the house and we are very pleased with their recommendations. Dakota made the whole process so pleasurable which is not what I was expecting from the process!
