The only negative I have is now the rest of my house looks like garbage compared to the brand-new roof and now I am thinking of painting and landscaping to do it justice. After trying to get three other roofers to return my calls, including an insurance company referral, and wasting three weeks waiting for any to call me back, I looked up Empire Roofing and got Jeff on the line immediately. I described my extreme roof leaks caused by two skylights that were incorrectly installed by the builder decades ago, which caused concealed damage to the underling plywood and the ceilings inside. I explained my desire to get the whole roof redone immediately.

Jeff responded the very next day and inspected it and gave me a fair quote since insurance wouldn't cover the roof repair. They started work the following week and finished the complete re-roofing in six days with Sergio and his assistant hustling in the blistering heat.

The new skylights needed to be custom built, and that took a few weeks extra delay because of the covid. As soon as they came in, Jeff came out and installed them. All the work was professional and good looking.
