Mixed feelings. Had to pay out of pocket ( involved getting a loan ) for new roof Fall 2021 as my homeowners insurance a big joke. I guess $7G for some is change , but not for us. As they worked on my roof if wood was warped they replaced it, which increased my total fee. Supervisor on site, was to return , but did not so could not ask about a concern I had. Tried calling too, no reply back. So thought with time maybe the shingles in that one spot would eventually lay down. They didn't. Had a new person from.this company come see the roof recently as have 2 yrs warranty. Then told it should of been fixed initially, but wasn't , and not covered under warranty . Basically my problem, eat it .Now would have to rip roof off and start over and pay again. I sure can't do that. Wish it had been fixed in initial replacement. So pias 7 G for an ugly roof not even up after yet. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Big investment - so so outcome.

If you are needing a new roof, InFront Roofing is amazing. We had hail damage that required a new roof, and InFront did everything:

-- Performed the work quickly and effectively

-- They have made necessary repairs after installatiokn when needed. My roof is a difficult one with several poorly-designed areas where lots of water can flow. When I noticed a water stain on my ceiling, InFront sent people out immediately to fix the leak and make my ceiling look good as new - all at no cost to me.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with InFront, their work, and their company standing by that work. 5 Stars from me!

We recently had our roof replaced by InFront Roofing. We received a free inspection and looked at the offered products. We decided to proceed, but from that point on we had several setbacks due to scheduling errors and lack of communication from the company, both internally and externally.

Original appointment for installation was 6/9/2020 - I was contacted the day before the scheduled installation date to cancel due to weather, but my appointment was for the following day, not the day that the employee was trying to cancel. The employee apologized and stated that the next day would likely be canceled due to weather as well, but I would receive a call either way to cancel and reschedule on 6/9/2020. I never received a return call. I tried calling several times to no avail on 6/9/2020. I resorted to texting a message. Finally received a call back in the evening of 6/9/2020. I rescheduled for 6/11/2020 as the next day looked rainy.

No one showed on 6/11/2020. When I called to find out what the problem was, I told that I should have been contacted already (but hadn't been). I was made aware that my appointment was moved to the right one more day because of weather again (but the weather forecast was perfect). I reminded the employee that when we last spoke, I said that 6/12/2020 was the only day I could not do it. The employee acknowledged remembering that conversation.

Rescheduled for 6/13/2020 - I was told that the Project Manager would have to change because of previously scheduled time off for that employee. No problem. I was told the Sales Rep would be out to fill in. The Sales Rep showed up, but the installation crew did not. He made several calls and it seemed that the installation crew was out of the loop as far as this scheduled appointment. The Sales Rep made several other calls and finally was able to get a crew out to begin the installation, but since half of the day had already gone by, this caused the installation to take longer than originally scheduled. So, a one day install turned in to two days (over a 3 day period). I am satisfied with the end product, but cannot understand the consistent mishandling of the schedule and complete lack of communication between the front office, the company's employees and the customer. Don't get me wrong, I understand problems with the weather, but keeping the customer and employees in the loop is paramount.
