Hiring Infinity Roofing & Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom was one of the better decisions we have made. We were very impressed with all aspects of Infinity Roofing & Remodeling! Our planning session with Josh was terrific. He came to the house to do preliminary measurements and see exactly what we were working with. He also gave us excellent recommendations and outlined what each section of the project entailed, including material selection, which allowed us to stay within our budget. Once the project started, he was very professional, on time, and cleaned up after himself every day. As the project moved along, he provided updates on the progress each day.
Overall, we were so happy with the project we decided to put the time to review the remodel for our guest bathroom. Josh is reliable, honest, well-priced & goes above & beyond!

Josh Koole did a fantastic job remodeling the entire upstairs of our house. This included two bedrooms and a full bath. He worked with us to determine exactly what we wanted and completed the project in a month. Mr. Koole's attention to detail show's the pride he takes in his work. We could not be happier with the finished project. We have already lined up Infinity Roofing and Remodeling to tackle our kitchen next.

Save yourself the stress, headache and money and do not let Josh Koole anywhere near your home. Unprofessional, dishonest, and some of the most sloppy workmanship I have ever seen. The whole story is below, but in a nutshell he provided awful work, make all kinds of excuses as to why it was like that (which were lies because I had the work redone by someone else and it came out perfect), ripped out his work, damaged my brand new tub in the process, then ignored me when I told him about the damage. So basically I paid him $2000 (the deposit that he kept after all of this) to waste my time, stress me out, and put in a tub that he damaged and that the other company I hired had to reset and re-level because he didn't even do that right. I spent so much more than if I would've just hired someone to do it right the first time, because I paid him $2,000, paid another remodeling company to redo the work, and hired a special restoration company that can't even get to my house for 3 weeks to fix the tub that he damaged. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!

I hired him to install a bathtub and tile around it. When he was finished I was horrified. The grout lines were different sizes, uneven and crooked, multiple tiles hanging off the wall, jagged sloppy cuts, and crooked corners. The tile wall was hanging half an inch off my wall with the sloppiest caulk between it. He planned the layout so poorly that he put these tiny slivers of tile in the corner of one side which looked ridiculous. When I pointed these things out he made excuses and said he was going to come the next day because he needed 20 minutes to add more grout. I told him 20 minutes and some grout were not going to fix these issues. He said the tiles were not flat and straight because of the kind of tile we used had textured backing. The tiles he used were sent to me by him. He said the back tile wall was so far off my wall because that's just the way my wall is but the other company got it right next to the wall. Everything he said was debunked by the professionals who fixed his shoddy work. He used green board instead of cement board. A quick google search will tell you how putting green board in a shower is not a good idea. He said he could give me a $500 discount off the total price to keep it as is or keep my $2000 deposit and rip out the tile for someone else to redo it. I picked option 2 because I could not look at that work, I did not trust it would hold up, not leak and not create issues for me in the near future. I figured at least I had the tub put in and at least I don't have to deal with him anymore.

Two days later he comes to rip out the tile. He was SO shady. He closed the door the whole time and I hear him say something along the lines of ""well they want a challenge"". At the end they were taking trash out and out of nowhere I hear Josh already half way out the door yelling ""ok we're done"". I glanced over it making sure there were no big holes in my wall or anything and yelled thank you from the bathroom as he left. The day before the other company came in I went in to make sure everything was clean and cover up the tub and saw a big chip in it, so I inspected the tub and saw other damages to it. I sent him a text to let him know so he could refund me the amount it would be to fix the tub HE damaged and he ignored me. I honestly wasn't even going to write this review. I HATE writing bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to deal with this headache. At a distance his work could be mistaken as decent but close up it was terrible. Think about that when reading other reviews and looking at other photos.

Another company came and redid the job. They talked to me about the plan, how the tiles would be set up, asked me questions, gave me suggestions, used high quality materials, used high quality tools, two people worked on the job and finished in half the time. My bathroom looks PERFECT! DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

We had some water damage as a result of the flashing behind the chimney and consequently it damaged the back of the house, soffit, fascia, back door and inside drywall. Josh came out, assessed the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote. The repairs/installation were done as promised and his work is exceptional. We are definitely going to have Josh provide services again for future repairs and/or remodel!
