My project is still not completed. Communication falls off, and every route of communication I've tried is a dead end. This is bar far the worst company I've dealt with in the 20 years I've lived in this home. I just want the project done as promised. It's been one year!!

Infinity has been trying to complete my project for a year. The panels were placed on the roof and when they tried to turn them on, they blew my breaker box. Infinity replaced my breaker box and then PG&E said we needed a new transformer. It took several months to get the transformer but after the transformer had been up for a month still nothing from Infinity. I finally called and they said they had to have permission to turn it on. They had no idea the process had been completed. After I made numerous calls to Infinity, PG&E immediately gave permission and now it's been a week and I still do not have solar. The back story is that from the beginning Infinity has had a wrong telephone number for me and a wrong email address. We have told them numerous times about this error that has caused many delays. Now keep in mind they do have my correct information also. There are other issues with their information for instance, They have down that my son-in-law and I are husband and wife and they will not talk to my daughter because she cannot prove that she is her husband's wife which is comical in its own respect but very annoying. Now the whole reason that we needed additional solar was that our true up bill last year was so high. Infinity promised me we would take care of this. I just received my trueup bill for almost $7000. I still do not have solar. I tried to call, and I'm put on hold for 20 minutes this morning and then the message said they could not take my call. I have sent emails I have called corporate office I have called PG&E. Why is this so hard and who should be responsible for the trueup????? Really a year to get additional solar!

I don't know what Infinity's policy is regarding bringing work vans home, but I'm sick and tired their work vans being parked on the streets, taking up space and parking in front of other persons houses. We have 2 vans there all the time, and now a third is parked out there in front of the house next door. All are driven by people in the same household. I don't think our neighborhood should be turned into the companies parking lot. Can't they keep the work trucks at the yard, and drive home in their own cars like normal people? Getting real tired of it, and won't use or recommend Infinity to anyone.

Ben is a pos our bill is higher than ever we started our second install because they under sold us panels in the first place this second install has been going on for 8 months and now none of our previous solar is working they installed all of our solar and he tells me I have to figure it out and won't return my calls they're a ripoff stay away from them I'd be paying less without having to pay for solar on top of pg&e
