7/5 update- found that the stair railing are two different heights and length. Lovely. Let's add that to the list. I am so disappointed at the THOUSANDS of dollars I've spent with this company.
6/30 update: they sent someone else out to repair the railing. We discovered the initial sub screw cut the wood too short, shoved a piece in, and tried to ""fill"" with concrete again. Honestly, at this point, I am going to go over the entire porch with a fine tooth comb. The amount of time I've had to take to report, follow up, and be present for repairs is ridiculous. While the company has made the repairs, I can't, in good conscience, recommend this company until they clean house with this sub screw. I likely will not be using them again.
6/22 update: 3 spindles have fallen off of the railing and the top rail is already warping. I reached out to them today. We will see how they respond. I specifically requested for the second time to send a different crew out here than the one who built it.
update- I added photos of how the porch turned out. We still have to wait for the wood to dry out before getting it pressure washed and stained.
I will preface this with saying the company has a great pricing structure and great turnaround time for work to be completed. I pride myself on writing accurate and truthful reviews of companies. So let me say that yes, I would recommend but I do think that the subcontractors need some coaching. I had a back deck rebuilt. On more than one occasion they showed up between 7:30-7:45 in the morning even though I asked that no work begin until after 8:00. I have infants and so do my neighbors. As well as ensuring my dogs wouldn't be out. Upon completion, I was happy, but couldn't thoroughly inspect because it was raining. I found a large gap in the baby gate at the stairs as well as a hole in the concrete landing. I alerted the office and they said they would send someone to fix it. I was not given a timeframe or any more information. Once again, my doorbell rang at 7:45 one morning and woke up my children. But I allowed them access to complete the repair. The concrete pad was repaired correctly, however instead of rebuilding the two sides of the gate or using wood filler (for which I felt the gap was too large for), they used leftover concrete to fill the gap. The sub left before we had a chance to inspect this. I was mortified that this is how they tried to repair it. I alerted the office again and the same crew was sent out the next day. When I asked the sub why he did that, he said it was filler. When I explained to him that I've been in the home building industry for a decade both on the builder side and the vendor side, he stopped lying to me about what he used. The repair was finally completed to my satisfaction. There was also trash left in my yard by the sub crews. For some reason they also took it upon themselves to play with my husbands disc golf discs and leave them all over the yard as well. But I understand subs aren't the company. But I also know that they're the impression and face of the company in the field. All of this to say that the company has a great price and turnaround time, I would just suggest finding a new sub crew.

Great job by the team at Infiniti, headed up by Ethan Harrison. Haley in the office was very helpful and put up with my panicked calls about the weather. Ghani, the owner, is very responsive to timely answer questions. They replaced the roof on my outbuilding and then painted my house, outbuilding, and restained all the decking. The pricing was awesome and the workmanship the same. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I went bold! It looks fantastic. I feel like I'm in a new house. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard this week to make this project a reality. We beat off the rain and the falling leaves :) I highly recommend Infiniti Roofing and Remodeling.

They recently replaced my 20 year old roof, and did a marvelous job. First they worked with my insurance to get the claim approved. Then they scheduled the job quickly, showed up on time and knocked it out in one day. Clean up was very complete and our home looks great. I would highly recommend Infinity Roofing and Remodeling.

Our experience with Infiniti roofing was nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning to the end of the process, we were treated fairly and respectfully. The contact we dealt with (Ben) was courteous and genuinely concerned for our situation. In our case, a roof repair led to an entire house being painted inside and out, including repairing and replacing any damaged wood and trim. In our case, there was plenty.
Ghani - the owner of Inifiniti - runs an honest and forthright company. He stands behind his work and his word. When you combine that with the quality and professionalism of the work, I'm not sure how you can make a better choice.
Our team was led by David who spoke workable English. David and his team were extremely detailed, courteous and happy to be very talented painters. They take a genuine pride in what they do. They show up, they work hard and then they come back and do it the next day. Always cheerful and respectful.
The quality of the workmanship in our case was excellent. We had the entire house painted inside and out. We cannot complain about anything other than the weather and the delays it inevitably cost us. But the Infiniti team was very diligent in terms of when they chose to paint and when they felt the rain risk was too great.
Finally, ultimately the value of an expense this large is what you are left with. We feel this company provides superb workmanship, fair pricing and they stand behind their work. We were exceptionally pleased with the decision to hire Infiniti Roofing and Remodeling. They are truly a company you can trust.

Came out during the holiday season when we had severe problems with leaks in our basement, some of which were originating at the roof according to this company. Leak only occurred when strong winds blew from the east accompanied by rain. Infiniti said they fixed the roof. One year later when the same conditions occurred the basement flooded again as if no repairs had been made. Waste of money. Found failed caulk everywhere, nail holes were left uncovered, and the rolled roofing they applied was buckled and done very poorly.

Ben and his crew were next door working on a roof and I asked him some advise about my roof and somethings that needed to be fixed. Without hesitation he came over and looked at what I had going on, found a solution and got to work on it. Very kind, very responsive, and very trustworthy. I would recommend him 100%.
