My husband and I needed our roof replaced but we were expecting a big hassle from the insurance company on down to the contractors. Exactly the opposite is what we received. Our first contact was with Frank, who explained everything to us. He said that the roof should take one day. This was a shock. Never having replaced a roof before, we did not believe it could be done in a day. However, when Manuel, the foreman, arrived on the job, we began to think that it could happen. He kept everyone moving and they did finish the job in a day! The roof looks amazing from the road and up close. It feels like we have a new house! Such a load off of our mind. Frank even spoke to the insurance company for us to explain what they had done. If we are called upon to give anyone a reference, we will gladly refer to them.

I am writing this review to let the general public know that they should NOT trust Industrial Roofing and Repair. They were recommended to our Home Owners Association by the Property Manager at that time to re-roof several buildings. While the price was somewhat reasonable, the quality of their work was atrocious. Within 30-60 days after they completed their work, there were several roof leaks in those very same buildings. We checked the work in detail and saw that they had done the minimal work. The roofs were not fully cleaned before the layering was started. The workers were not professionals in roofing. Of course, Industrial Roofing told us that they provided a 10-year warranty for their work. But their warranty did not cover the full repair that was needed to resolve. Again they did the minimal work.
I had a Roofing Inspector to check their work and he rated them a 2 out of 10. The inspector has a lot of pictures to justify his rating.
We asked our attorney to approach them, suggesting that we would like them to properly complete the work we had paid them for. Industrial Roofing scoffed and completely ignored our request.
I STRONGLY suggest that you DO NOT consider using them for any work you need. This is the only way to prevent scumbags like this company to make a living after you trust them to do the work.

Frank is awesome. Called on Friday evening. He showed up Saturday morning and assessed the problem. Fixed the same day. I would totally call him again for my roof needs. I already passed his info to my neighbor for a new roof. Great guy and excellent service. Thanks Frankie!

This is the LAST roofing outfit you should choose. They violated their contract with me, left debris on my property, and their work stinks. My roof leaks. I've tried repeated calls to no avail, as they refuse to respond. I plan to sue them. You should avoid them at all costs.

After Mr. John fixed my neighbor's roof and was about to go home, he noticed that I was struggling to close my broken garage door. He was so kind and took the time to finally get it closed and safe for me for the night. Anyone who would give their time freely to help a random person is truly someone I would trust with my repair needs. Please use industrial roofing and repairs for your roofing needs!
