With 19 years of diverse experience, I’ve held many roles. I ran a fine art gallery for eleven years, traveled the world on super yachts in various roles, including deckhand, first mate, and engineer. I initiated a pressure cleaning venture that transformed into a handyman service, offering roofing solutions among other services.

Annette S.PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I called to have a routine, preventive maintenance of my dryer vent. I was replacing my non working washer (after 16 yrs),and decided because of how old both were and color difference of the new washer to also get a new dryer. Thought it was the perfect time to get the vent cleaned before the install. He came on time, completed the job. PLEASE NOTE THESE OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES: $60 for transportation fee, although his business is advertised in Abacoa, minutes away. Then I was charged $300 to clean the vent. My home is a 2 story. TO TOP IT OFF HE CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $150 to go on the roof. TOTAL FOR THIS SERVICE (mind you NO PROBLEM- no extra anything) was a whopping $545 (tax included). Please note I have been a homeowner for over 40 years and have had this maintenance done innumerable times. The cost is 100-150 max. same roof, same 2 story, same everything. I called this company because my regular company (Lintman) was not available and this company was. I could not have imagined being charged this price! After all, who would? In and Out Vent Cleaning did! Please ask your neighbors who have had direct experience who know a company before using. Don't believe all the reviews on various sites. JUST PLEASE BEWARE!
