We just recently completed a remodeling project, for a few years we are thinking about it and we added a room to our house. we started the addition process
with architectural and engineering plan, it went smooth and easy, we sent back any changes that we had in mind. Few weeks upon the permit approval, construction started. Ilai the project manager was super knowledgeable and updated us almost daily, their designer assisted with the final materials inputs and recommendations, all of the crewmember was respectful and clean. We are very happy with the end result!! And I'm happy to recommend to any one I know.

It wasn't so much about the quote, which came in the middle of others...it was the explanation outlining the scope and process of the work. They started on time, was of no bother to the neighbors, completed assignments according to the timeline, and the area was spotless from clean when the job was completed.

We hired In N Out to replace the badly damaged sidewalk in front of our house. We were very satisfied with the work both in terms of quality and price. They completed the entire job in 3 days. There was no stopping once they started. They did demolition of the old sidewalk on the first day, built the forms on the second day and poured the concrete. On the 3rd day they removed the forms and cleaned up. They had a good size crew and the job was done quickly with minimal interruption to the neighborhood. The price was really good and we would definitely use them in the future for concrete work.

I hired Simon to finish the interior on a prefab shed I would use as a home office. Simon was so pleasant and communicative throughout the entire process. We enjoyed working with him so much we hired him for additional repairs of our gutters! We used IN-N-Out to pour a concrete base, remove rocks, insulate and drywall, run electric and finish flooring and walls. I love my home office SO MUCH!

Although my project took a little longer than I expected, Jacob was able to add some additional services I requested in the middle of the remodel. Finding a company that can do quality construction today can be a challenge. While remodeling always comes with challenges, In N Out took care of the unplanned issues and we were able to complete our bathroom during the timeframe we were given. While ours was only a bathroom remodel, I'm sure this company and the crew they have is very capable of doing both large and smaller projects.
