We hired In Him Construction in July 2023 to do a remodel on our bathroom. From the very first encounter Raymond was professional, approachable and answered any questions/concerns we had. We have a small 2 bedroom home and have only one small bath. The project was slated to take about two weeks and we were concerned about not having a working bathroom to use during the remodel. We expressed to him how important it was to us to have it done in a timely manner...no delays.

This was not our first experience with a remodel project, we got a total of 6 bids for the job and I must say that Raymond's was the most reasonable and he never tried to ""over sell"" the project, which is what the other five contractors tried to do. Needless to say, not only did Raymond's crew do a beautiful job they also made sure that we had a working toilet at the end of every day! His crew were the nicest guys, and very polite. I work from home and I can't express enough how much I appreciated that his crew was honest and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up at the end of every day and the best part is not only did we get a beautiful bathroom, they completed it on time!

We would highly recommend In Him Construction and plan on using them again in the very near future...Kitchen next!

He knew the best places to find materials and he respected our budget. The removal of old lava rock from the home's exterior and the replacement of a new stone accent went very smooth. As Realtors it is important that we have connections with people in different industries. A perfect example, we are about to close escrow however the the Azusa City Inspection noted that the patio at the condo was put up with out a permit and either had to come down or a permit obtained. This is to close in one week! We reached out to Tanya Sandovalal and Raymond Mendoza the owners of In Him Construction and asked if this was something they could do, we also had some large furniture to be removed prior to Close of Escrow. Much to our delight they said they could do both. Knowing we were in a rush, they came out to give an estimate right away, pulled the necessary permits on Monday, finished the job on Tuesday and have the inspector to return to review on Thursday. It is so nice to have reliable, knowledgeable and fair priced people you can reach out to. We highly recommend ""In Him Construction"" for your remodel or demo jobs, they were amazing!
