Two areas of tile on my patio were broken up to install piers underneath the foundation. The tile was custom from the previous owner. I decided to go with removing the remaining tile so I would have all concrete which was the building standard. In & Out Remodeling removed the tile very well. I wasn't sure how it would come up. Then they did some concrete smoothing out some rough areas. After drying, they came by and painted the concrete. It looks more uniform now. From the owner to the workers, all were friendly and very courteous. Would hire again if I needed any remodeling.

This the best professional remodeling company I have ever used. Carlos and his team painted my home and did an amazing job. We also had the ceiling painted as well. They took extra care to keep the dust to a minimum. They were on time every day and finished ahead of schedule. They also textured the ceiling. They also did small items as replacing the handle on the gate. The time and care that was used is evident in the results. Never meet a crew that cared so much about quality and you as a customer. They treated us like forever friends. Highly recommend.

Carlos and his crew were hardworking and very respectful. We had 2 furr downs removed above showers, exterior hardi plank replacement and all of our ceilings painted. They did a great job finishing off all sheetrock repairs, moving items, covering for protection and also with clean up. Will use them again!

Carlos & his team did an AMAZING job on our mini kitchen remodel & as a person he is just the sweetest man to trust with the task. He removed upper cabinets & furdowns, built & installed a custom wood beam to cover some eletrical wiring, installed a new faucet & sink , new lighting and butcher block counter tops. He was very committed to completing the project in our short timeline & is very responsive on questions I had throughout.
