Ok, so since posting my review here's the long story short update. I was able to speak to higher ups at the company that seemed to actually care about my experience & did the right things to rectify the situation. Israel (who has been of much help to me since the day I met him) just left my house as he came to oversee the repairs to my ceiling done bright & early today. I have removed the pictures originally posted because after speaking with them I don't feel as though this is the type of thing that happens on all their jobs & they have proven to me that they actually care about doing quality work as well as customer satisfaction. Would it have been better if none of this happened?? Absolutely, but do I feel they sincerely tried to take an unfortunate situation & correct it? Absolutely!

My roof has been leaking for about 2 years during periods of heavy rain after ImproveIT of Atlanta replaced it. I had to hire another company to identify the source of the leak and get them to fix it. Very painful process. Now, I have mold in the ceiling in my garage as a result of the roof leak. They're telling me the roof leak wasn't their fault (although they had to add shingles to fix it) and they basically did me a favor by going above and beyond to fix it. Each time they sent someone to my house, I could not effectively communicate with the individual in English. I've had a horrible experience with this company. Now, I have to find the money to fix mold in my garage due to their complacency.

I recently enlisted this company to assist me with a project I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. They were professional in all aspects of the transaction. They lived up to all of their promises and completed things in a timely manner. This is a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I have dealt with in the home service industry.
