My experience with this company was overall good while work was going on. They are easy to reach, have come out various times and stuck mostly to the estimated time frame. The deduction of stars is because of poor craftsmanship, poor communication of work, and an overall feeling that I wasted time/money by going with this company.

Allan was my contact. He was hired to redo my entire roof. After they redid my roof I had to replace my gutters. This wasn't planned and I had no choice since at some point my old gutters were thrown out. They were likely junk but I didn't appreciate that this wasn't communicated with me directly in advance. Now once I thought the work was over I still had water getting in through my brand new roof!!! They came out to trouble shoot and patch up a troublesome area but again, this is a NEW roof! My neighbor who found and used this company now has leaks too. I have gone on my roof and found several gallons of water pooling. The pooling is caused by an inadequate slope and a very large lip on the edge that leads to the gutter. I could write a lot more here but frankly I'm over it. Take a peak at my photo and see that even when I push the water toward the gutter it just comes right back to pool on the roof. If my place is ever on the MLS I will be sure to advertise ""rooftop pool with a view"".

This company just finished my roof. My roof is at a very steep angle, it has a curve and it is an important architectural feature of my home. The workers on my home were incredibly responsive to my numerous special requests and complaints and kept a great attitude the whole time. Ask for Josue and Ricardo.

I've waited to write this review until multiple rains after the job has been complete. Imperial Roofing is by far the best roofing company because they provide a great service at lower prices compared to majority of other roofing companies. I live in a condo building where multiple connected roofs needed replacements after being patched for the past 28 years. After having 12 different roofing companies (10 C-39, 2 general contractors) provide quotes, we decided to go with Imperial Roofing. Price was significantly lower (65%) compared to highest bid from a company that would have sub-contracted the job to another company. As part of the quotes, I requested all line items to be explicitly included in the bid which Alan happily did. They pulled the permits, worked with the inspector both times, installed cool roofs throughout, re-sloped the flat part for better flow of water to gutters, fully replaced the gutters with the biggest ones I've ever seen in a residential home, and was always nice and pleasurable to work with while being here. It took a week to complete the job, they arrived bright and early in the morning left in the afternoon. We used to have multiple leaking areas that are no longer leaking during rains. It's made rain pleasurable instead of stressful. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

Alan Ulloa, We need to talk about your roofing specialist; he calls me today, 03/03/2021, on Wednesday at 245pm. Not to name, names, but your roofing specialist, which I told you that I had to let go of a few days ago, now he keeps calling me.

I often told him that I do not need his services any longer; he says he wants to come over which I told him not to bother me. I gather your roofing specialist has nothing to do but harass customers. Why me you guys deal with commercial and residents with your business (you must have hundreds of customers), but bothers me?

So, yes, I told him I got another Roofing company which he kept insisting on asking me, why? My choice of whom I hire I paid in full for the patch job on the roof before the rain, which I paid him $200. So, I will give more words if he calls again, Alan. I gather you discussed with him that is why he called me to retaliate.

Yes, I appreciate the patch job to the roof; that does not guarantee the whole project you thought you are doing. Again, I could not understand his broken English and Spanish, which was slurred. Alan, do you know if this gentleman is going is be violent & cause trouble with the community in which I live?

I believe you know how to get in contact with me the roofing specialist sure knows how, Alan. I wouldn't of wrote this if this was not a grave matter, Alan.

Alan Ulloa, the owner of this local company absolutely exceeded our expectations. The roof is gorgeous, the workers immaculate and polite. The time spent completing the job was way less than what we expected. I have heard such horror stories about roofers but this is an A+ operation start to finish. Even the neighbors have commented how much they like it.
