Imperial Roofing and gutters did a partial tear off of my shingles, replaced the paper with 2 layers, replaced the metal in the valley and along the fascia. Within days after calling, the project manager came and gave us a fair written proposal that outlined in detail all work to be done. We had some questions, made some amendments and quickly had an appointment. The crew came on time and were amazingly quick, efficient, and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Imperial Roofing

Dealing with the brothers from imperial roofing was quite confusing. They both contradicted each other at different times. What's more, the bid they gave me didn't even have my name on it (someone else's) and was wrong. Hire these fools at your own risk.

I liked working with Imperial Roofing. Their team was professional and reliable. They provided me with a quote quickly and very detailed. I ened up going with a different roofing company but they were my second choice.

Out of the companies that responded to my request for a roof repair, one did not come to my house, but they said that repairs cost $300 for the first hour, $200 for every hour after that plus materials. The second showed up to my home, he didn't go up to the roof, he looked from the ground where the damage is not visible and said it would cost about $7,000 to replace a section of the roof.

The third company, Imperial Roofing, had a project manager come my house. He immediately pulled a ladder and went up to the roof to assess the damage. Several minutes later he was back down and told me about what he found. After that, he said he would send a detailed quote and if I agreed, I could set a a date for the repairs.

To his word, I received a quote by email and a hard copy in the mail. It detailed all the work and materials to be used. Now I should note that there was caveat stating that if there was any unforeseen damage to the roof, I would pay extra. However, in my case, they kept to their estimate. Which was much less than replacing my roof.

Finding good, reliable, and honest people in my time of need has been a tough journey. Thank you Imperial Roofing!

Imperial was not only fast on response to my call, but they worked me into the schedule quickly, got materials on time, showed up on time and did the job beautifully. My MIL is an 85 year old woman who needed her gutters cleaned out. She has large trees and a flat patio that fills up her gutters and causes rain back flow into her eaves. Based on the positive comments, I passed their phone number on to my MIL. She was treated with respect and a crew showed up on time, the day of the scheduled work. My MIL is very picky about work around her house. She told me she was very impressed and very pleased with their quality of work and thoroughness. They have her on a scheduled maintenance program so that she need not worry about finding another company to address her leaf filled gutters in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my MIL. It means a lot to know she's in good care.

It was time to do our roof with 3 layers, went through 5 companies of quotes with ridiculous offers. Then we found Ricardo and his team. Very reasonable price and professional work. The roof looks amazing. Went with all his recommendations it works out just like he said. The house is way cooler during hot days and everything lines up perfectly. Looking to get some gutters installed and I'll definitely be giving them a call for their business.
