I used Imperial back in 2013 when they were operating as Imperial Rain Gutters. I kept their number for future use because of the outstanding job they did on our small repair project in San Clemente.
We recently had a complete installation done on another house in Garden Grove. Imperial responded promptly, gave us an outstanding price and had the job completed in
less than a week from the initial call. Just like back in 2013, their work was impeccable.

Today, I had complete home rain gutters installed at my residence. From the free estimate that Ricardo Ortega (the property manager) gave me with a written detailed estimate to the setting an appointment with Maria whom was so courteous on the phone and worked with my schedule and called the morning of the installation to give me arrival time, to performing the work my experience was superior.
Javiar the installer came on time and started the work promptly and did a great job. The work and product was warrantied which is so very important to me and also confirms that Imperial stands behind their product and workmanship.

This business does roofing and gutters - just about everything relating to your roof. They did a ""check-up"" on our house in Banning and we were so satisfied that we asked them to look at our Corona house. They inspected it and made the recommendation that the roof be replaced. They did a fantastic job using the best materials, professional workers, etc. The entire experience was exceptional. We would recommend Imperial Roofing and Rain Gutters to everybody. I contacted this company to get a 2 year roof certification because I am selling my home. After getting a ridiculous quote from another contractor who lied about what needed to be repaired I contacted Imperial Roof Management and another company. Both companies were honest and both stated exactly what needed to be repaired and their quotes matched. I chose Imperial because they came in almost $100 less than the other honest company and $1100 less than TMH Roofing who lied and stated I had 80 broken tiles when it was 40. To make matters even better they completed my project the very next day and agreed to allow payment to be made through Escrow which is a HUGE stress reliever for anyone selling a home. For anyone buying or about to sale a home you will most likely need a roof inspection. This company was a lifesaver for me and because of them I will be able to close escrow on time. I had a minor issue with a cable line and they sent someone back out the following day for that as well. Troung Ly was very courteous, kind and professional and always contacted me immediately if I had concerns or questions.

I do not recommend this place. Called the number listed a few weeks ago for someone to come out. Ricardo returned my call and said that this was not the office number and said that I had to call the office to make an appointment. I called several times and left messages each time, but no call back. I called again today. I would say, if they can't even return calls, they are too busy to give you any sort of attentive service. I would recommend that you just pass.

After some initial miscommunication getting an appointment set up, they came out & gave me a competitive price for the small job that I had. They showed up on time & performed the work over the weekend. The gutter looks good & they did a complete job of cleaning up any mess from the work. I was ready to write this company off after my first encounter, but they made up for it and I'm glad I decided to use them.
