This company is currently using images of the home we owned without permission. David Lopez is very expensive and on our project very unprofessional. The paint was applied improperly, cheap brushes were used causing bristles to be left to dry in the paint. The lines were not clean, and the paint actually peaked off the home (they painted in the rain). The painters tried to get away with one coat of paint which was streaked and looked horrible. David will state his records are different, but I saved all his voice memos /text mssg. Only his wife could convince him to behave honorably. The paint was reapplied, but the home never looked good.
I asked for the invoice and found it very unsettling. Check each bucket of paint they bring to your property. Some of the buckets used at our home were from years ago. Ask for the invoice for your paint on your property or negotiate you purchasing the paint to insure you are getting what is advertise.
Be VERY careful. David is personable and he had great recommendation, but check with people a few years after the job and you will find pealing, bubbling, poorly applied paint.
His company repeatedly put signs in our yard even after they were told over and over it was an HOA violation. Now he has the nerve to use images of the property he ruined without permission.
BTW the images are of the section of house he had to repaint.

David Lopez from Impact Siding and Roofing came out to my home to give me a quote on my very large project and said he would get back to me the next day with a quote. The next day came and went..as well as the next few days. I left multiple messages to see when I would be getting the quote and no one ever got back to me. Waste of time dealing with this company.
