When I decided that my 38 year old roof probably needed a replacement of the underlayment, I reached out to several roofers in the area for quotes. I had a variety of experiences. One well known local company never sent out an estimator despite multiple calls to them. I crossed them off the list. One company gave me a quote without even coming out to look at the house. One company's quote was so high I wondered if they were going to replace my roof with unicorn tears. I reached out to Immaculate Services and was impressed with Kyle Taylor from the beginning. He came out to the house the same day I contacted him and went over my roofing needs in detail. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He took care of the city permit stuff and one week later his crew arrived at 7 am as scheduled to begin the work. The crew took care to cover the yard and pool and they even temporarily removed the pool cover on the day the pool cleaner came and then replaced the cover afterwards. The job was completed in five days and I am confident in the work that was done. Kyle was always in communication with me, answering any questions I had promptly. As I write this, they are resetting the roof on the house next door to me. I have already recommended Immaculate Services to friends.

roofing is a big investment. if you are looking for fast, reliable, honest and do it right, call kyle. he is one of the best. i had 7 quotes, only kyle was consistent and follow up every week. i was reluctant at first but oh man i am glad i chose his service. he pull permit the next day, demo and material arrival on the following day and fixed all my perimeter rotted plywood quickly and at a very minimum amount. also fixed my structural support thAt was broken in the attic. his crew are friendly, fast and efficient.
with all the fixes that he did additionally i ended up saving a lot more money with kyle.
kyle's company is a newer company but he's been doing this for years.
anyways, he finish the job with less than 4 days, always on time, communicate throughout the whole process, great guy, easy to work with. now i have my new roof with o'haging vent system. they look much better than the old school whirlybirds.

i highly recommend kyle to anyone. and kyle is always welcome to use me as a reference.

Kyle's roofing team finished in just 4 days after pulling the city permit, stayed within budget, and were easy to work with. They even tarp-covered the entire house during rain. Highly recommended for others needing to invest in a new roof. I will note that's my neighbor across the street roofer took longer to schedule and paid twice as much.
