We recently used Immaculate Roofing to re-roof a section of the preschool at our local church here in the Valley. I met with Derek, the owner, who personally came to do the quote. I called Immaculate after meeting with two other fairly well-known roofing contractors. Those companies were pretty good, the guys were nice, but the prices both offered were not reasonable and they used a lot of roofing jargon when they spoke with me. I am not a roofer, so I had very little understanding of what they were proposing to do. That is a far too common experience with many contractors...

But Derek at Immaculate Roofing was much different. He was down-to-earth and professional in appearance. He knew EXACTLY what he was talking about and didn't need to use jargon to talk over my head; rather spoke to me in plain terms that I understood. After he gave me his quote, he then asked if I had a few minutes so he could SHOW me what he wanted to do. I was very busy that day, but his sincerity encouraged me to hear him out. And I am so happy that I did. He used a visual example to demonstrate exactly what he intended to do with our roof. I instantly understood what separated his company from the others. He was offering a better product, a better service experience and he agreed to meet me at a reasonable price point. At no point did he drive a hard bargain or try to ""sell me"" on something. He was there to simply demonstrate his product for my comprehension.

I was blown away by Derek's professionalism. He didn't know me from Adam, yet he arrived to represent his company from Day 1. Not a tech, or an assistant. But the owner. The decision maker. El jefe major. We are thrilled with the work Immaculate Roofing did for us. We will be contacting Derek again with any other roofing issues we have.

I know this is a long review, but Derek and the team at Immaculate Roofing deserve the proper recognition of their business and the length they go to provide good service. I thought it was important, for anybody reading, to point out the areas that set his company above the others.

These guys are amazing!!! I need to replace some fascia boards along with some shingle repairs. Aaron came out the day after I called to walk the job with me. He was sincere, honest and knew what he was talking about. This guy knows more about roofing than anyone I've ever encountered. A couple days later he sent the estimate and we agreed on a fair price for the work. When the crew showed up they were friendly and efficient. They did a great job! A couple days later I realized that there was one more thing that I wanted to have done. I arranged the new work to be done with Derek. He was so accommodating. I felt like I was talking to one of my old buddies from high school. You can tell that he loves his work and cares about his clients. Hoping my roof will hang in there for a while but if I ever need it replaced I will definitely be calling Immaculate!

This was my first time hiring Derek and Immaculate Roofing. My company was finishing a solid roof patio cover about 400SF in size. When it got time to do the roof, my normal roofer didn't have time for the job. I quick went on Yelp on a Wednesday and contacted 5 companies. 2 got back to me immediately, Derek being one of them, and meet with my foreman that Friday. They both got me estimates over the weekend which were only nominally different. Both were licensed, reputable companies. I liked that Derek offered a 10 year warranty upfront, rather then add an option. To me that showed the desire to stand behind their work. I also noticed a slight mistake or miscommunication on his measurements but when I brought to his attention, he stood behind his personal cost no problem. I then contacted him the following weekend letting him know we were ready for him and he completed the job that Wednesday. I'm happy, homeowner is happy, and I can't wait to get him on my next project. Highly recommend Derek and his company

I contacted Immaculate Roofing and Aaron came out that day to evaluate the work and discuss the approach he would take to repair my roof. He made sure I understood what would be done and how their company stood behind their work.

They use products made in the USA and everyone was very professional all the way through the process.

The team showed up early and were ready to work on the agreed date and the work was done very quickly.

Aaron walked me through the work and showed all the new flashing, components, and roofing.

Don't Call this company unless your ready to buy a brand new roof. They don't even have time for a question. The phone clerks think they know it all. I am sure they got to busy for their own good.L
