Update again since my fathers patio roof was completed by Immaculate Roofing.
Over the last week, Simi has had unusual amounts of rain. The patio roof has not had one drop of leakage to date. Bravo to your excellent work!!

After doing a lot of research and receiving several quotes from different area roofing companies, we decided to go with Immaculate Roofing. From the onset, the service was remarkable. Josh came to provide a quote and walked us diligently through all the steps and the materials that would be used (which no other company did when they came to quote the project). Derek, the owner, came a few days later to walk through all the paperwork and get the financing process started, as well as, answer any questions or concerns we had. He also scheduled the project during this visit. Joe, the foreman, showed up every day on time with a crew of guys who worked tirelessly from start to finish. Derek even showed up during the process to check on progress and then came by after the project was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. Derek even filled out the LADWP rebate forms for us so that submission for the Cool Roof rebate would be easier. We couldn't ask for a better contractor and will recommend Immaculate Roofing to anyone who needs their roof replaced.

We recently moved into our new home in Topanga, knowing that it needed a new roof. Using Yelp and NextDoor resources, we narrowed the vendor list to 3 different, all well-rated roofing companies, and contacted them all to come by and give us a detailed quote.
Derek, of Immaculate Roofing, promptly responded and we setup an appointment pretty quick. He arrived, as scheduled, and very professional and thorough during his inspection and assessment. He brought along comprehensive brochures/catalog of the various materials/options and explained them in great detail.
I was very impressed with his level of professionalism, and also that Immaculate is a true family business: Derek is the owner, and his crew are full-time employees and not subcontractors.
While the quote from Immaculate was not the lowest (of the 3 bids we received), it was the level of detail and follow-through (to my questions) that led us to select them.
We were confident in the quote's details and coverage and felt comfortable knowing there would not be any significant surprises.
You need to check out the attached pictures to realize our roof was a bit challenging: a 3-story A-frame. Not the largest roof (area wise), but very, very steep. So, there was certainly a premium to pay to keep all the roofers safe; and, we did not want any significant costs on top of that.
So, we signed the contract and Derek contacted us a few weeks later, as expected, and they spent about a week onsite: removing old roof and worn solar panels, repairing rotten parts of plywood/sheathing, replacing fascia, installing leak barriers, drip edge, underlayment, new vents/pipes, flashing, ""cool roof high def shingles"" (in our selected color), raised ridge caps, seals, painted metal flashing and gutters.
They were meticulous in keeping the site extra clean; even brought their own porta-potty! It looks like they even cleaned the windows after they were done.
They stuck to their schedule, even while the Woolsey fire was nearby, forcing evacuations. Now, that speaks of dedication and commitment.
Needless to say, while we were impressed and quite happy with the result; the Calabasas Building and Safety Inspector was too: as he commented afterwards: ""beautiful job, and quite challenging because of that roof pitch"".

Look no further!!! Immaculate Roofing did an exceptional job repairing and coating my roof. Everything from my first contact with them to the final cleanup was, indeed, immaculate. Joshua did a thorough job estimating the work needed to be done, and explained several alternatives to work within my budget. Derek got back to me with a very good price, and his men started the work two days later. The guys who worked on my house did a fantastic job! Dorian was solid and steady: never wasting a minute, repairing the edges all around my roof to make it waterproof. Miguel was incredible! His repairs of wood rot under the eaves blended invisibly with the existing roof, and he went above and beyond in his attention to details, touching up and repainting and refining everything until it was perfect. What a treasure!! I am completely happy with his work and with my experience with Immaculate Roofing! They double-coated my roof to ensure I wouldn't have any issues with it for years to come! Thank you for treating me with respect and for the kind of workmanship that makes me feel secure and confident in my choice of Immaculate Roofing for my repairs!

We had planned on re-roofing before this winter's rains started, so we researched on Yelp, Angie's List, asked friends, checked NextDoor, and eventually interviewed five contractors. Immaculate Roofing gave us at least as good an offer as any of the other contractors, and a really fair price, but we were most impressed by the detail in the contract and the company's thoroughly professional presentation.
We were impressed by a number of factors:
The fairness of the price, the reliability of the crews, their timeliness, their thoroughness, the clean work site, and the final product, GAF Timberline Reflector charcoal shingles. Derek opened and closed the contract, meeting with us personally to explain the entire process. His project manager Joshua and foreman Joe were on site daily and were friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Immaculate Roofing to any friend who's planning on getting their roof replaced. Thank you, Derek and company!

Look no further. This is the roofing company you want. Derek and his crew exceeded our expectations. I had a 30 year old roof (with several layers underneath). When Derek came to our house, my husband and I were so impressed with his simple and clear presentation, apparent honesty and earnestness. We were not disappointed. The roofing crew worked like a well-oiled machine. After each day they cleaned up completely. I had wonderful communication with Johnny, who oversaw most of the actual work. And, surprisingly at the end of the job, Derek sent over another employee to make sure the yard was clear of any roofing debris. As skeptical as we have become as consumers, Immaculate Roofing proved otherwise. My new roof is beautiful and I recommend this company without hesitation.

A friend of mine recommend Immaculate Roofing and I am glad he did! I hired Immaculate to repair a few sections of my flat roof and address a couple spots where puddling was occurring. Derek developed a cost effective plan to address the issues with my roof, and went above and beyond to complete the project. Immaculate did more work to repair the roof than originally planned, to ensure the job was completed to the highest quality, and never asked for more money. It's clear to me that Immaculate's focus was doing the job RIGHT and as thoroughly as possible, and not simply rushing through the work to get on to the next job like many contractors do. Hats off to Derek and his excellent crew. Derek is extremely knowledgeable, honest, thorough and offers competitive pricing, which is exactly what you want in a contractor. I wish more contractors were like Immaculate roofing.

Great customer service, workmanship, and follow-up! I've been meaning to write this review for a while now... Immaculate Roofing put a new roof on my home back in September of 2016. Their pricing was very competitive. The sales/service rep was friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained the job clearly. My roof was a little quirky because it was originally built with 1/2 inch plywood which is below industry standards today, and some of it had water damage from the old shingles, making it even softer. Luckily, during the construction phase, I went up on the roof to inspect and found about 5 ""soft spots"" where the old thin plywood had not been replaced as discussed, but they made it right. Then they made a mistake in replacing my short gutter over the door with a beautiful full length gutter that wrapped all the way around the front of the house. They admitted their ""mistake"" though, and left it up for FREE! that's the kind of mistakes I like! Finally, about 8 months later, Summer hit and I noticed that my garage was markedly hotter due to the new roof adding insulation. I called Immaculate Roofing who came out and installed a brand new solar-powered ventilation fan, again for FREE! Now that's what I call customer service. I should mention that they also did a great job repairing some water damage parts of the frame. The shingles are top of the line, and the flashing looks superb! Their roofing material and system even has a Lifetime Guarantee which they put in writing. It's been almost 2 years now, and my roof still looks great with absolutely no leaks. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
