Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing ""training"" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back.
Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has ""forgotten"" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.

We had a roof leak in the garage and called Image Roofing out. They came out quickly for the roof repair and were professional and friendly. We are so glad they came out!

Stay away! Promises made throughout process that wasn't the case or turned out not to be true. First, they claimed that they could get the roof covered by insurance. They did not, even after bringing in independent adjuster. When insurance company final decision was only a repair that was far less than deductible, they claimed that way more repair was needed, including wood replacement perhaps 3 times the amount of shingles, than insurance company estimated. And of course 3 times the price of what the insurance company estimated. Then when repair was completed, repair was almost exactly the extent to which the insurance company estimated. Also took them only an hour and a half to complete, for almost $3,000. I asked them to adjust the cost based on this, they refused. So they misrepresented what the repair was going to entail in order to squeeze out more money. Consumer beware!! They made promises that weren't kept and in the end were more concerned with getting more money than the service provided as a result of their failed promises. Not the kind of company you're going to want to deal with regarding your home.

Shayne and his crew did our roof in the Lazybrook/Timbergrove area a couple of years ago, and our experience with them was fantastic. Shayne is so friendly, and does a great job of communicating with you throughout the entire project. He manages his crew (and your expectations) with efficiency and professionalism from start to finish.

The re-roofing process was such a breeze with Image Roofing. We got a very reasonable quote, chose the type of Roofing we wanted, and within a few days, they arrived to start the project and completed it faster than I had expected. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

Just wanted to say job well done by image roofing. We had wind damage after the spring storms here in Houston and they came out and did a great job.
The job took 2 days and the workers cleaned up well after the job was done.
The owner then came out and did a follow-up to make sure everything was done correctly.

Image Roofing just completed my roof on 8/06/2016 and I could not be happier. I got three estimates and Image beat them all. Work was started and completed on time. The architectural shingles look great, and there were no surprise expenses on the backside. No nails in my tires either. Perfect transaction.
