I am a tenant on top floor of our two story building. IM blocked our driveway multiple days over three weeks without advance notice so tenant could not access their cars. During the three weeks of work the men yelled 8 hours each day and had loud radio blasting. The worst problem was they removed exhaust vent caps and then did roof demolition which threw a huge amount of organic and inorganic filth onto my stove. The filth spread to every surface in my apartment and I am still trying to clean it up 18 months after the roof work. The foreman also lied about the clean up they were going to do. They did not clean tar and dirt off my fire escape or my windows as promised. The crew had no respect for tenants whose peace was shattered for three solid weeks.

I needed to put a new roof on two commercial buildings in S.F. and I contacted Mike at IM roofing.He was very pleasant. It was a challenging year with all the rain but working with Mike and Antonio made it bearable.Antonio was the main person I dealt with on a day to day basis and he couldn't have been nicer. He was responsive and committed to doing a good job.Issues did arise and he was always there for the remedy.While we haven't gone through another rainy season but I feel confident that the job was well done .

Mike Im and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof after I had to fire my previous roofer. We did have a couple of delays due to weather forecasts, but once they started, it was taken care of in less time than projected. I was also extremely happy when Antonio said he could save me some money because he didn't have to replace all the plywood as originally determined. Their warranty alone was worth the price of the job, which I found to be fairly competitive. The guys were on time, hard working & very informative about what they were doing. You can't go wrong with this company, IMO.

Mike and his team were great to work with. Although he was booked out for weeks, he was able to schedule us in advance and keep to it when the time came. Ran into in a few unanticipated issues with tiles that were too old to be repaired, but he was able to rectify it quickly by replacing it them the next day. Overall very happy with the service and quality of work.

I had an old (at least 25 years) flat roof that starting leaking (again) during our late May rains. I called IM Roofing for emergency repair and a replacement quote. Mike promptly setup an estimate appt and he showed up on time that day. He patched the roof the following day and sent me a reasonable quote for a replacement. They just completed the job today (about 3 weeks later) and it looks great. They tore off all old roofing including the old skylight and replaced a vent for my range hood. All joints were well sealed and the roof looks great. They put down a layer of fiberglass underlayment and then the bitumen torch down roofing. They replaced all facad shingles as well. Finished in a day and a half. Very professional and a high quality job. Highly recommended.
