It was a pleasure to work with Mike and his team at Ikon roofing. He made the process seamless, didn't use any pressure or scare tactics, fit me in in a relatively quick timeframe and delivered the best cost for materials that frankly most other roofers use. Bid process was low pressure, he showed up on time, and was done measuring in about 20min. I was able to ask any questions for problem areas or what if's and he answered them all confidently. His guys started early each day and were done and cleaned by 4pm each day. I had little interaction with the team as I was working, but I had full trust in Mike since he was so honest during the bid process. He even helped fix some extra problem areas for material cost only since they were already dealing with fixes in that area. For a local to Burbank roofer I would recommend him to everyone who needs a roof.

We had a leak due to the rain and called for some help. Not only were they able to come out same day, they found other issues that contributed to the leak that we didn't even know about. They were able to do a temporary fix on the big issue and quickly fixed the little stuff that they found. They made sure we were good with all the fixes before they left. They recommended scheduling an appointment with them for a permanent fix, but had so many other clients to help in the short term that we were very happy to wait and have them help others in dire need. The customer service is outstanding, the communication is exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone based on the service we received today. We love supporting local Burbank companies and highly recommend them to anyone inside or outside Burbank!
