Ike's Roofing put a new roof on for us 3 years ago and they did the entire job in one day and its a fairly large 2 story home. His large crew got here early and left late.. it was done!!! recommended them to others in our Hood and all were pleased! Thank you John

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not pay the shingle suppliers and you as the owner will be stuck with the bill and have a lien put on your house. LOOK IT UP! THE COPMPLAINTS ARE THERE!

If I could give a rating of ZERO I would. This company has very poor communication skills if something goes wrong. The only way to get their attention is to drive to their office and then still get a bunch of empty promises that you will be put on the work schedule.
To begin with, the roof over our porch was torn off, then replaced. As the installer Brandon, was finishing up I noticed he shot a Whole row of nails thru the ceiling. Since we were going North for a few months the following morning, we assumed he would come back and fix his screw up. Not so. After half a dozen or more attempts with no calls returned, we took pictures and went to the office where Linda assured us he would call and schedule is. Eventually he showed up empty handed told us that ""we never discussed fixing this""and said he'd need to get supplies from the shop...but he didn't come back. So another few calls and he came back, did an amateur job on the repair and left.

Long, long story short...this began in August 2015 . we've had to practically beg for the repair to be made, followed by a leak and many more frustating get no where phone calls, followed by a second leak and NO response from anyone.
Either my requests to have the owner or his sister call me were never delivered, or they just don't care.
Whatever is going on there, I'm out over $1,000 and still have a leaking roof with a ruined ceiling and will probably have to pay someone else to do the job correctly.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would use the rating of negative 2 stars.
At precisely 6:58am my entire house was awoken to the sound of tile roofing being ripped off and thrown from the house next door. Tried to call the office but the office itself isn't open until 8am. One would think if the office isn't open until 8am the workers wouldn't be causing so much noise in a quiet neighbourhood at 7am. Took photos and videos. Will also post this negative review on Facebook. Highly unprofessional to start such high decibel work that early in the morning. Crew foreman was beligerant saying this is how they do their job. What if something happens to a crew member and they fall off the roof? If the office isn't open, how would they be notified of the accident? More companies to hire to fix or redo your rood than Ike's Roofing. Remember, the crew leaves once the job is done, but you or renter will have to deal with disgruntled neighbours for as long as you or they live in the house.

We have used Ikes for complete roof replacements and repairs and have been pleased with promptness and professionalism. We have them scheduled for a repair next week.
