A huge thank you to Joe and his guys ! They did an amazing job with our roof. His guys were efficient , cleaned up super well after themselves , daily and were very professional. They took safety seriously and wore masks and kept their distance. They made sure we were safe if we ever went outside into their zones during their work hours. The roof looks beautiful and the workmanship was perfect. I would highly recommend This company for any roof work! Thank you !

We have used II Shea Roofing several times and they have always been professional, efficient and provided us with excellent work. With the horrendous winds that we just had we incurred damage that we had never had before. Joe was able to send two of his guys here to do the repairs which were completed in less than two hours. They went above and beyond by inspecting the whole roof and repairing a few extra tiles that we hadn't noticed needed attention.

Save yourself a headache and avoid this roofing company. I'll keep this short and to the point. II Shea roofing was paid by the home owner whom I bought my house from to certify the roof for a year as part of escrow instructions. It was Never mentioned in his report that I needed a new roof. During that first year we did have a leak and they sent out a crew to fix it that could not speak English and it made me wonder if his employees are US citizens or day laborers or someone that's had a background check. Two months after the certification expired we had another leak causing stains in one of the bedroom ceilings. My Mercury insurance adjuster came out with another roofing contractor (Kish construction) to determine the cause. Kish construction determined that when II Shea roofing cut the valleys they did Subpar work and never secured the tiles allowing them to slip down out of place exposing nail holes that they never filled with nails or silicon allowing water to Seep in. After contacting Joe the owner of II Shea roofing he basically sounded like he was puffing out his chest and trying to intimidate me and not letting me talk. He said I was trying to get a free roof out of him. Complete B.S. I wanted him to fix the issue that never should have come about if the work was done correctly to begin with. It really ticked me off and I had to bite my tongue. I'm also going to file a complaint with the California contractors state licensing board. I hope this helps you ""the consumer"" in making the right choice when looking for a roofing contractor. I posting pictures to prove my point. I have to pay $1,600 to fix the roof and a $500 deductible to the insurance company towards the interior damage that totaled $1,200.
