Joe is friendly, his bid was the best, and his crew was amazing! They did a complete tear down of my whole roof and garage, and installed an awesome new roof in under 3 days. They even did a great job cleaning up.

I've never seen such a well organized group of workers! If you need a roof job, I highly recommend ii Shea roofing. Also, his assistant Michelle is terrific! Great phone voice, professional, and answered all my concerns.

The II Shea Roofing crew finished and I couldn't be happier, the roof came out awesome!  All the sags and slopes have been adjusted and the tile is beautiful!  Your crew worked their fannies off in 106 heat on some days, showed up on time everyday pulse stayed as late as 6 pm if they had to get stuff done.  Also, they cleaned up every day not a nail to be found. Joe, Michelle are AWESOME! I own several properties and this has been my best roofing experience so far. Kudos to Joe and the crew!

We did our homework before contracting with the company and we appreciated their willingness to provide answers to all our up front questions. Their price was fair and their references were impeccable. We also visited a few sites where they had recently completed work. We agreed to their contract and have been totally delighted at the results! The owner, Joe Shea, has been a pleasure to work with and his entire team reflects his commitment to quality.
Michelle, who heads up the office affairs, was first rate and so pleasant to work with. She was always responsive to our calls and was on top of securing timely answers to our questions. She was directly involved in the process from beginning to end including securing the city permits, scheduling city inspections, and securing the product from the manufacturer.
The 7 person team who did the on-site work performed well together and were pleasant, respectful, punctual and professional. You could tell they had a great deal of experience working together as a team. They paid attention to detail and took justifiable pride in their work. Our re-roofing required three days and they were careful to clean up the work area at the end of each day.
In summary, our experience with Joe Shea and his team has been first class in every way! We highly recommend them with no reservations!

I found Joe on yelp after taking estimates from several companies. I hired Joe because he gave us an estimate that was in line with our budget to paint the house. Joe came with his crew on time and did the demo quickly and efficiently. I had another contractor doing stucco work and Joe communicated and worked well with the other contractor. Joe was very respectful and always communicated with us through the process. His crew cleaned up every day after they finished for the day. A huge thank you to Joe and his guys ! They did an amazing job with our roof. His guys were efficient , cleaned up super well after themselves , daily and were very professional. They took safety seriously and wore masks and kept their distance. They made sure we were safe if we ever went outside into their zones during their work hours. We have used II Shea Roofing several times and they have always been professional, efficient and provided us with excellent work. With the horrendous winds that we just had we incurred damage that we had never had before. Joe was able to send two of his guys here to do the repairs which were completed in less than two hours. They went above and beyond by inspecting the whole roof and repairing a few extra tiles that we hadn't noticed needed attention.
