In His Hands Contractors was established by Ron Wyatt in 1984. Ron began his journey in construction in 1978, working for a contractor in his hometown. After high school, he answered a calling and moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee. There, he launched a small construction business. His goal was not just to run a business but to create a company that honored God and made a difference. This vision led to the birth of In His Hands Contractors.

Ron has three sons: Josh, Daniel, and Jonathan. All three learned construction principles while working at In His Hands Contractors. They experienced all aspects of the business and honed their skills. As adults, they moved on from In His Hands Contractors to a well-known roofing and construction firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee. All three held foreman positions. This company was a startup, and Josh, Daniel, and Jonathan played key roles in its growth into a successful roofing and construction business with over thirty employees. Their roles included hiring and dismissing employees, as well as overseeing production and job completion.

After three years with this company, Josh, Daniel, and Jonathan decided to launch their own business. In October 2013, they gathered with their father for a strategic business meeting. On January 1, 2014, In His Hands Contractors, Inc. became a registered corporation in Tennessee.
