In His Hands Contractors was established by Ron Wyatt in 1984. Ron began his journey in construction in 1978, working for a contractor in his hometown. Upon graduating high school, he relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee, in response to a calling. There, he launched a small construction business. His vision was to create a company that respected God and stood for something meaningful. That’s how In His Hands Contractors was born.

Ron is the father of three sons: Josh, Daniel, and Jonathan. All three learned construction principles while working at In His Hands Contractors. They worked in various roles within the business and developed their expertise. As adults, they moved on from In His Hands Contractors to a well-known roofing and construction firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Each of them took on the role of foreman. The company was a startup, and the brothers helped it grow into a successful roofing and construction firm with more than thirty employees. They handled everything from hiring and firing staff to managing production and job execution.

After three years with this company, Josh, Daniel, and Jonathan decided to launch their own business. In October 2013, they gathered with their father for a strategic business meeting. On January 1, 2014, In His Hands Contractors, Inc. became a registered corporation in Tennessee.
