I knew Ben from a previous job where his prior company repaired a roof leak, re-waterproofed, and reset all tiles for me. That job has been perfect for a couple of years. So when another of my property's fascia had termite damage and fumigators broke a number of roof tiles, I reached out Ben again. He is now at iHeart Roofing.
He came out promptly, used tech to identify all the issues, scheduled repairs promptly. They replaced bad fascia, removed very damaged decorative gables, replaced broken tiles; and did it all while again gracedully putting up with my numerous questions. Another point in Ben's favor: My family has owned property for over 50 yrs. I have seen how service providers dealt with my Dad and how they deal with me. Ben treated me fairly, which doesn't always happen to females dealing with either real estate or cars... will use him again if the need arises. Would highly recommend him.

We needed to have our 2 story home roof repaired. iHeart Roofing was one of three contractors we considered. Ben and his staff were knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Ben came out to our house. He used a drone to view the roof in real time which was pretty slick and he provided a free cost estimate later that day which was reasonable. The quote included a warranty for workmanship and materials. I was able to schedule the repair within a week. His team did the repair timely. They replaced underlayment, flashings and any broken roof tiles. Orlando, the foreman, was knowledgeable and has an outgoing demeanor which makes things pleasant when asking questions and to work with him and his team. After the repairs were completed, the team cleaned up any debris, nails, etc. and Carlos inquired if the area was clean from my perspective before leaving which I appreciated.

I received a notice that my insurance company was going to drop us due to moss on our roof. Ben came out, quoted it, and in a week he had his guys completely clean it. They also neatly cleaned the area below the house where much of the debris fell.
The workers were polite and professional. And they even moved some furniture which could have been stained from all of the dirt on the roof.
