After coming to look at the project, Sean quoted us a great price for removing our non-working hot water solar panels from the roof and thoroughly explained what would be done and the price. He came the next day as agreed and did exactly what he said he would do at the quoted price. He even asked for a broom and dustpan to sweep up the remaining debris left on the roof. We are very pleased with the result, the roof looks like they were never there. We would not hesitate to recommend Sean and I-Green Remodeling

Great team! We have just moved into a new house and found this company online. Sean was very accommodating when we needed to schedule and then reschedule the initial inspection and gave us great advise with fixing and replacing tiles. His team showed up on time, fully prepared and went straight to work. It was a military operation with new water supply trucks arriving though-out the day and the team asked us to move our cars for safety and cleanliness before starting, and ensured that our surrounding yard was hosed down and clean before wrapping up. Once complete one of the team members took us though the invoice, respectfully ensured that they did not track any dirt into the house and ensured we were pleased with the work. Great team, great work. Would recommend fully this professional team.

Sean came thru our neighborhood to meet some of our neighbors and he offered to take a look for us at no charge, and I thought it couldn't hurt- even though our roof was only about 15 years old- rather safe than sorry! He assessed the roof for almost 30 minutes, and then came down and showed us the pictures and spots where our roof got damaged from wind and some missing shingles. He then proceeded into our attic to check if any of those spots had started a leak. I've never had anyone do this when looking at our roof! Sure enough there was some soft spots in the wood from leaks. He educated us thoroughly on our options, and felt strongly that we would be able to file an insurance claim, and we'd only have to pay for the deductible. We called it in right then and got a claim started. Which I'm glad we get to do it now instead of during winter season when our deductible would have more than doubled. We took no time out of our days to accomplish this because Sean met with the adjuster himself, and handled all the paperwork. The new roof looks great, and couldn't be happier knowing we are safe this coming winter season. Now we are scheduling a solar consultation to talk about solar energy! Very impressed, and thankful for Sean & David helping us.

I was looking for roofing repairs anf iGreen was there to the rescue. It was mostly consisted of repair flashing for lower singles and wall flashing, and a chimney cap, repair shingles going into my main roof (I have flat and pitched roofing) , etc. Other companies I've inquired for sent out representatives that admittedly knew nothing about repairs and would only give me estimates for a new roof. However, Igreen Remodeling has a gentleman that handles the repairs whose name is Sean. He was great to work with and gave me a fair price. He was the only person that didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need. I didn't get the impression that he was trying to butter me up either. My dealings with him and his coworker were pleasant and simple. Repairs were completed in about four hours at a fair price. I would certainly recommend this company to others. In fact, I have already spread the good news my friends and family.

I hired IGreen Remodeling to tear off my existing roof and install a new one. My roof has been a problem for many years and I know that a 30+ year old wood shake roof not only looks horrible but it is terribly inefficient as well. I was able to get away with not having to replace it for the past 5 or so.

I went to sell my house and this is when I found out that I was not going to be able to sell this to somebody that needed bank financing because the roof just didn't pass. I found out I qualified for a program which allowed me to get my financing in place. The roofing contractors came out and listened to my reasoning for getting a roof which was to just get a good roof on there so I could sell the house. The two quotes that I got were over $25,000 and they wanted to tear off the entire roof and support system and replace all the facia even though that would was in good condition.

I was frustrated and then I finally got a hold of Sean from IGreen Remodeling. Sean came out here and actually listened to me and then gave me a quote that came in under $10,000 He said that he would replace the starter board around the roof that had wood rot from being up there for so long and we also identified a few rafter boards that needed replacing.
Once we nailed down the terms of the agreement which were quite simple, I got an explanation of what was going to be done and a timeframe. Sean got the job done in three days and I could not be happier.

Sean is the best contractor you could ever hope to work with. He replaced 70 ft. of rotted fascia and laid 2400 sq. ft. of roofing. He took care of all the red tape with County permits and never blinked. He estimated 3 days and his crew delivered. They were professional, quick and so efficient. All this was done during the hottest days of August 2019 and they even asked permission to eat lunch on our covered porch. We had daily updates, they were always on time. Three of our neighbors have asked for Sean's information just by watching his crew and seeing the final job. And one of the really amazing parts, they swept and cleaned everything up around the house better than they found it.
This is a wonderful company to deal with.
